Nous recommandons ce logement, tout était parfait, visite de petits oiseaux non farouches devant la baie vitrée. Très calme après une journée bien remplie.

Excellent séjour à deux de 3 nuits chez Clara et Xavier qui ont su nous accueillir avec beaucoup de gentillesse dans cette nouvelle location aménagée au rez de chaussée de leur habitation. A la fois réactifs et très respectueux de notre intimité, ils nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour. La location est un logement récemment rénové qui offre déjà beaucoup de confort, le salon de jardin donne l'occasion de prendre du bon temps devant un joli paysage de montagne, souvent en compagnie de leur chienne Luna, très affectueuse.

On a été très content!!! L’appartement correspond à toutes les photos. On a passé une semaine agréable!!!!! La cuisine est bien équipée. Le propriétaire est très attentif et toujours à l’écoute.

Très bon séjour dans un bel appartement refait à neuf et très clair. Le centre d’Annecy se fait par une promenade dans la verdure très sympathique. Un micro-ondes aurait été un plus.

Доступ в квартиру очень простой, через электронный ключ. Мелисса всегда была на связи и давала полезные рекомендации, куда пойти и что посмотреть в Шамбери. Words can’t even begin to describe how pleased my group and I were with this place. The chalet was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and even better than we imagined. With a group of 8, it was the perfect fit for our trip to Chamonix Mont Blanc. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the views were breathtaking. Norbert was an outstanding host—super responsive, accommodating, and made our stay seamless from start to finish. He even went above and beyond to accommodate our private chef, who arrived early on the first day to prepare a welcome dinner before we got there. That level of service truly set the tone for an incredible stay. Also, just a heads up: the pictures truly don’t do this place justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. I highly, highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to the area. We’re already talking about coming back!

Nous avons passé un superbe week-end entre amis dans cet appartement rénové avec beaucoup de goût. Tout est décoré avec soin et l’ambiance est chaleureuse. L’hôte est très réactif et répond rapidement à toutes nos questions. La chambre matrimoniale est vraiment magnifique et très spacieuse, un vrai plus ! Et mention spéciale pour le pommeau de douche, on a adoré ! Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit.

We had a lovely stay at Serinas Chalet! A group of us went to Samoens for a ski trip and the walk to the ski lift through the forest was a great way to start the day and coming back to the chalet and putting the fire place on was the perfect ending!

Un séjour absolument parfait ! Le logement avec 10 couchages pour notre équipe de volley était impeccable, conforme à la description et bien situé, à 10min d'Annecy. Notre hôte Fabienne était très réactive. Je recommande sans hésitation et reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

This was a lovely chalet with the most incredible views. Lots of space and the bonus of toys for our 6/9 year old grand children. We found having a car great to drive them 7 minutes to ski school but there were ski buses. Shops within a 10 minute walk. For us the nursery slope with a drag lift 2 minutes walk at the end of the road for tobogganing/skiing was a massive bonus for late afternoon fun. What more can you say when your 9 year old grandson says it was the best holiday he had ever had a didn’t want to leave (neither did we).

Great place to stay for Ski and Mountain lovers. The apartment is very functional and with games and toys for kids. Our family loved to stay there and we will come back for sure!

Excellent séjour chez Jennifer, très réactive dans nos échanges. L’appartement est bien situé : Télécabine belle étoile de l’autre côté de la route, accessible très facilement. L’appartement est bien équipé et la station est top. 👍

We had a lovely stay at Rachel's place at the end of Feb. The views from the balcony were stunning. The apartment was very well equipped and spacious with a brand new bathroom. We felt right at home. It was very easy to walk into the center of St Gervais. Access to the gondola was very close. If you're skiing leaving your gear at le Bettex in a locker is ideal that way you can take the gondola and go straight into town for après and ski! / Dinner! Rachel was a great host she will respond immediately if you have any questions. St Gervais is a beautiful town full of authenticiy and the local people are very friendly. We would recommend La Galetta, (creperie .........) and the 2 bars (la Montagne and le nordique) We will definitely be back. Thankyou Rachel

merci pour ce merveilleux séjour dans ce si bel endroit :) le logement est parfait.. super bien équipé.. joliment décoré.. très agréable avec ses deux terrasses et le parking juste en face.. au calme face a la montagne.. tout en étant a 2 minutes a pied d un supermarche.. merci pour ta flexibilité et ta disponibilité.. on a adoré!

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, on se sent extrêmement bien dans cette maison où il ne manque rien, la propreté est parfaite, les équipements qualitatifs rien est à redire et l emplacement est incroyable. Logement calme, très très bien aménagé avec 2 magnifiques salles de bain, se trouve à quelques mètres de l'arrêt bus, 10 mn à pied pour le centre ville. Kirsteen est très disponible et réactive à nos questions Merci Kirsteen, nous avons passé une très agréable semaine
