Deirdre is an absolute lady. She went over and beyond during our stay! I’d highly recommend a stay in Deirdre’s house if you’re lucky enough to get a booking. A short 10 minutes drive to Kilkenny. Absolutely lovely breakfast provided also which I did not expect! Super value also.

It's not without nostalgia that I would mention this unique stay we ve been through here. In this house where the time has stopped to enjoy the most delicious moments of life and to regain the sensations of a lost world where the poetry to retain all its rights, Patricia has served us delicious food in a warm decoration, making us relive a little of our childhood. We will strongly recommend what we could call the Cullintra House experience

Deirdre war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft war mit dem Bus vom Flughafen Dublin einfach zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und angenehm eingerichtet. Deirdre hat mit viel liebe Frühstück vorbereitet und uns auch mal vom traditionellen Essen was gekocht. Wir würden immer wieder bei ihr buchen.

Oh my goodness was a treasure! I had a particularly rough day with some car troubles and Nicky and her mother eased all my worries. I came a bit late and Nicky was not only gracious, but understanding and accommodating. I felt right at home and slept better than I have in a while. So well, in fact, I missed my tour in the morning. There is a very peaceful and zen feeling in Nicky’s home that is unparalleled. She and her mother were just lovely. I wish I could have stayed longer! So grateful I could come! Thank you both!

Karolina is such a nice host ! She welcomed us into her lovely home. The room was clean and bright with a billig comfortable bed and a nice bathroom! The shower is great ! Everything was super clean and the fact that we can take our breakfast like in our own home is so lovely ! We loved it! She also took the time to help us with our renting car issues! I recommend 100% !

Laurence and his wife were very welcoming and friendly to us. They were more than happy to talk and share insights on the area. The area was quiet farmland that made finding things to do or places to walk a bit challenging

We stayed for 1 night across a weekend event, so just arrived late Saturday evening and then off again the next morning. We arrived very late but were welcomed warmly by Geraldine as we arrived. Plus, we were made very welcome to enjoy wine and snacks we had brought with us. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of coffee and fresh items. Altogether a very pleasant experience but you'd want to like dogs. They are lovely, but very inquisitive, so perhaps not a spot for you if you are phobic. We loved them.

Alan and Liz are wonderful hosts and the room was beautiful, bright, warm spacious and super comfortable. Alan and Liz were super friendly and welcoming and made sure I had what I needed. I felt right at home and would happily return again.

This was a wonderful place to stay to kick off a south to north hike of the Wicklow Way. Kathleen and Bill were incredibly kind and generous hosts. They picked me up from a town 15 minutes away and drove me to the trailhead the next morning. And they provided a free breakfast and a homemade dinner at a very reasonable price. Lovely, cozy stay.

Kathleen and Tim are the nicest and loveliest people you’ll find. Their home is the cosiest and the surroundings are out of this world. Will stay again when I’m back to visit Ireland. It’s also a great location to stay when you’d like to visit the Wicklow Mountains or other nearby scenes.

Alex and his family were all so nice and welcoming! The castle itself is a masterpiece, and the surroundings are so peaceful and invite. There's peacocks, cats, dogs, sheep roaming everywhere. The lucious green surroundings of the huge castle estate are just so calming and inviting. We couldn't ask for a better stay!

Ann's place is located outside of the town but still easily accessible, its quiet and calm in a beautiful area with sheeps. Ann welcomed us warmly, she was really nice during our entire stay, giving us great advices for all the things to do in this part of Ireland and even for our next road, the breakfast was continental but very generous with everything being delicious. Ann was always available when we needed and made sure that our stay was going well. The part of the house dedicated to the guest is comfy and nicely decorated, our room with the bathroom en-suite were huge and well equipped, we had access to the breakfast room at any moment to take a tea, there was also a fridge and a microwave accessible to us in this room and we had space to sit and enjoy the place. Thank you for the amazing stay we had at your place !

Esperienza magnifica. Laurence e la moglie sono due persone deliziose ed ospitali. Disponibili per qualsiasi necessità e consiglio. La camera è molto grande ed accogliente. La casa si trova fuori dai centri urbani in una posizione incantevole e strategica per visitare diverse località interessanti. Super consigliato.
