We had a really lovely stay and apart from an initial misunderstanding which was quickly and easily resolved, our stay was perfect. It was lovely to dump our cases so that we could enjoy Bath, it was great to have a slightly later check-out of 11 and it was lovely to dump our cases to enjoy lunch without trundling them around Bath. The house was perfect for our needs!

This house was amazing, perfect for our relaxing getaway! The rooms were ideal and the extra bedrooms in the annex were great. The garden and hot tub were fantastic. Trystan was a great host and nothing was too much trouble - even made sure we had an emergency delivery of wood!

We have just returned from a weekend in Bath, and had a fantastic time! The house is exactly as described, easy to walk into town for both day time and evening activities, and Amelia was so responsive and helpful with information about the house and the local area. Thank you!

I can’t recommend this house enough! It was exactly what we were looking for. We recently stayed here and the house was very clean, spacious and the perfect accommodation for our party of 12. Joe was fantastic to deal with and I couldn’t recommend it more. From start to finish Joe was very responsive, professional and really easy to deal with. Highly recommend this accommodation for large groups.

I really can’t speak highly enough of this place and the people involved with it. It was an honour to meet the owner and hear of their 30 year transformation story turning it from a run down farm in 1987 to the estate it is today. They were extremely responsive and friendly. Everything was clear and easy for us from the directions to find the place to the milk, bread and butter provided and everything in between Helping with the little things during our stay was hugely appreciated. If there was a 6/5 star option I would click that.

Comfort Hill was the perfect spot to celebrate my 35th birthday with my family of 8 - including a baby, an infant, and a dog! The villa has chill vibes, plenty of space, and the owners were super friendly and helpful. Ideal for a big family getaway.

We really enjoyed Philip’s place for my sisters hen do in Bath! For some of us it was our first time visiting and the location was perfect to easily reach the city centre. Philip was really responsive when we had an issue with the oven he sorted it within minutes which was great! Our only issue was there was hair left in the drain in the downstairs bathroom, everything else was spotless this was the only issue! Thanks so much Philip the location, space and amenities were perfect for our stay :)

Lovely home for our large family get together. When asked questions Elisha was very quick to respond and even recommended some lovely restaurants. We loved Penarth it’s such a lovely place to stay. We could stroll for about 20 minutes to the pier and various restaurants from the house. Also easy access into the city by train.

Combe Martin was much quieter than we remember from our last visit but was so easy to get to Ilfracombe and other places we wanted to visit. Found great places to eat and drink close by in the village, amazing walks and views and locals were all so friendly. The house was just perfect with everything we needed. It was excellent to have a downstairs bedroom and bathroom for my Mum, who is a bit unsteady on her feet. The log burner was easy to use and incredibly efficient, a lovely way to end the day. The kitchen was really well designed. Nic and Rick were really responsive and the check in and out was straightforward and very relaxed. Thanks Nic and Rick for a perfect weekend stay!

we had such a lovely stay at Burleyhayes barn. The weather was definitely on our side and we had a wedding to go to. The local villages and pubs were very welcoming, serving decent food. The house is beautiful with spacious bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms for comfort. well equipped kitchen. In all a great stay

We loved our stay at The Vicorian Farmhouse - it was very spacious with plenty of areas to spread out for the nine of us and to give grandparents and teenagers their own space. Very well equipped throughout - kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were all large and beds comfortable (and the bedroom bathroom ratio was excellent). lynne and Frances were on hand and always helpful and even put up a fence to enclose the garden for the dogs. The games room was just what we needed with some rainy weather. I'm sure we'll be back.

St Vincent’s is perfect in every way. As described it’s a very short walk down to the seafront and town. Wish we could have stayed longer as there’s so much to see and do in Lyme. Very comfortable bungalow with plenty of space. The kitchen and bathrooms are clean, fresh and modern with everything we needed.

A really lovely week, marred only by a couple of days' rain (which of course was nobody's fault!). Taryn was extremely efficient and responsive. Barbara was charming and helpful, and explained so much about the lambing process. The house was roomy - great for a family party of nine. My granddaughter loved visiting the lambs, and even holding a newly-born lamb in her arms. Wonderful rolling hill farmland to walk the dog. Visits to the sea, Exeter and Totnes were great too. Thank you, Barbara and Taryn.

Great stay in a beautifully restored old building with big comfy beds. 5 minutes walk from the beach and a pub serving delicious food (worth booking ahead). Very friendly volunteers at the nearby DD centre/war museum, well worth a visit to see the history of the Isle of Portland and fun for the children, they get to climb inside a tank!

We stayed at Danni's for a local wedding, it was perfect. Loads of space and well equipped, had everything we needed for a great weekend!

Fantastic location in the heart Lyme & is walkable to everything you need - beach, restaurants, shops & ice cream! Leesa provided loads of great information and recommendations begore we arrived which was really helpful. We used JustPark to book an extra parking space just round the corner - Lym Close - for £30 for 3 days, total bargain. Thete is a fantastic coffee place opposite which did one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. Fabulous stay.

A beautiful cottage in very peaceful surroundings, lots of character and spotlessly clean. A warm indoor pool which my Grandchildren loved. A well stocked lake which my partner took full advantage of and children’s swings and a trampoline. The cottage was like a home from home with thoughtful provisions. The cottage was spotless furnished with transitional furniture and a lovely safe garden with stunning views. Sophia was an excellent host, giving recommendations and answering queries promptly. We will certainly be returning to this little piece of paradise.

Rhians place is absolutely amazing! Set on a beautiful and peaceful estate, we had plenty to do and explore. The house was spotlessly clean, modern and had everything we needed. Rhian was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful property in a lovely scenic country setting, but being only a few minutes drive from the beach. Great indoor pool and a lovely garden. Property a lovely mix of old world country cottage, but with all the mod cons needed for everyday life. Everyone loved the holiday, from young to old and enjoyed watching tv together with a real fire on chilly evenings. Loved Uplyme and Lyme Regis.

We had the most amazing stay at Hill MIll. The house stands in the most beautiful grounds and is the most peaceful and calm setting we've ever stayed in. When we first arrived we just stood outside admiring the surroundings for almost 20 minutes before we even stepped inside. We had everything we needed and more. Our grandsons ages 2, 4, 5, 12, & 13 loved it. The natural swimming pond was so refreshing for a morning dip it certainly woke us all up!! You could walk directly from the house into Branscombe and on route stop for a drink at the Masons Arms (a beautiful pub) and then continue to join the coastal path to Beer. We would love to return and bring some other friends with us as we haven't stopped talking about it since we got back. Thank you Ian for being such a responsive and helpful host. See you again soon!!

Lovely barn, great for a big group (we were 7 adults, 2 kids). We were in there for Christmas and the place had a lovely homely feel to it, great for the festive season. Super warm, no issues there at all. Not perfect for little kids running around (hard times floors, mini steps, very hot AGA in the kitchen etc), a few issues with low water pressure in some of the bathrooms, but otherwise spot on. Would definitely recommend, thanks for a top stay.

8 of us (and a toddler) has a wonderful, comfortable stay. The facilities are amazing with loads of different fun, family friendly things to do.

Warm, spacious, welcoming house. Comfortable with beautiful views. The use of the swimming pool was an added bonus. If you're there in the winter, bring slippers as there are stone floors - but there is an Aga which makes the kitchen area very cosy.

Just had an amazing 5 days at East Underdown , renting all 3 cottages for a 60th birthday taking all the family ( 6 adults and 8 children 17yr-4yrs) . After a lovely welcome from Sue and Bob we settled in to our cottages that were spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you need . The kids were straight in the pool which even had inflatables for them to enjoy . The adults enjoyed the sauna . Out the back of the pool was a big enclosed field with a football net and footballs . The games room was well equipped and the kids spent hours enjoying. The BBQ’s were set up with charcoal and ready to use . Can’t think of one negative, a wonderful time was had by all .
