This house is beautiful! The rooms are great. The kitchen is large and it has a nice pool and hot tub. It is set back from road 100 meters and has a private gate making it feel very secluded. There are some nice local restaurants with great views of the city 10 minutes away as well as a small grocery a few minutes away. We had a great stay!

I really enjoyed an extended stay (over a month) at the Coco Sunset Hills property being managed by Tropical Gardens. This staff is the happiest and friendliest ever. The property was all that is was advertised to be. Many different and beautiful pools to swim in on very well landscaped and maintained grounds. The property itself was wonderful (2 floor, 2 bedroom) with all modern conveniences, great A/C, room fans, and weekly cleaning services! I have told my friends about this place and will also be back.

We loved this Airbnb! It was the perfect end for our trip. Would definitely stay here for an entire trip! The beach close by, the terrace, the pools, and gated community were awesome and made our Costa Rica trip better. The host was great when we couldn’t find the office space to check in due to construction, but she came all the way out to the street to help us! Friendly staff!

The house & location are amazing, you literally feel like you have your own beach in the middle of paradise, but also all of the conveniences you need like a variety restaurants, grocery store, convenience stores and even a hardware store are only less than a 5 minute drive away. The baby turtle sanctuary is only a 5 minute drive away and we got to see one of my bucket lists, we got to release baby turtles and watch them waddle their way to the ocean! The whole house had a water filter and reverse osmosis water so we were able to have safe and wonderful drinking water the entire trip and saved loads of money just refilling our water w/ regular cheap water bottles that we bought day one some of us brought our Yeti/Stanley cups. The pool is a perfect dip pool for when you get hot, and at low tide, which is everyday. The smooth sandy beach is a dream! We looked at tons of other beachfront properties but this was the only one that actually had a sandy swimmable beach! House is perfect!

It’s always a pleasure to stay at Freddy’s place. He’s a great host. The pool is lovely and the property is surrounded by nature. The house is comfortable and cozy with lots of outdoor space. This is our favorite place to stay when we are working in the area.

Ein absolut traumhafter Ort! Die Unterkunft von Mike ist ein echtes Juwel inmitten der Natur – wunderschön gelegen, mit einem liebevoll gepflegten Garten, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Das Haus selbst ist sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet und angenehm klimatisiert – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an rundum wohl. Die Kommunikation mit Mike war hervorragend. Er war jederzeit erreichbar, unglaublich hilfsbereit und hat sich um sämtliche Touren und Aktivitäten vor Ort gekümmert, was unseren Aufenthalt extrem entspannt und besonders gemacht hat. Ein kleiner Hinweis zur Anreise: Drake Bay ist nicht ganz einfach zu erreichen und man sollte die Anfahrt im Voraus gut planen. Ein Allradfahrzeug ist definitiv empfehlenswert – aber die Mühe lohnt sich in jedem Fall! Für uns war es ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt, den wir jederzeit wiederholen würden. Absolute Top-Empfehlung!

Thank you Paul for all the support you gave to us in planning our stay in Ocotal/Coco area. We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and comfy for the two of us and definitely could work great for a family of four.We are big walkers so we made our way to the beaches by foot. Coco was about 30 minute walk, Ocotal was more like a 15 minute walk and playa Gringo was a tenuous hike as i was in crocs but worth the view. Proper hiking sandals needed for that one. We enjoyed "monkey TV" most nights from the balcony. While eating dinners outdoors we watched the howlers up in the trees. Swinging, sitting, howling, climbing etc. What a great setting. Pool area is picturesque~only used it once as we went to the beach. Kitchen well appointed, furniture comfy and the unit was clean. We just had a little trouble finding the place but had help from the security fellow as well as a call to Paul who was awesome to direct the taxi driver Evilio. Thanks ever so much for the great stay!

Smelled nice walking in, very tidy and clean, nice maters, nice bed sheets, good soft thick toilet paper , might need a better sharp knife. Toilet is not fully closed in the roof , not an issue just think new couples might want to know about this detail lol. You leave the car outside which is weird but is safe apparently, nothing happened. All necessary for comfort. private, cute Caribbean arquitectura . Close to Main Street , restaurants and beach , recommend it and will come back , I know many spots on the area this one is my favorite one so far if you come by car .

Our extended family of 14 stayed for 10 days and had a great time. A three minute walk to the beach was the highlight for the kids. The beach was never crowded, had sand expanses to spread out on and able to wade into the surf quite aways. When we were back at the bungalow, the pool was almost always in use. The place is private, but Karla, Alberto and Luis were available whenever we had questions.Karla is an amazing chef and we had many of her meals. Meals were well balanced with delicious fresh juicy fruit. She offered to make American food, but the Costa Rican recipes were too good to pass up. Even the picky eaters had plenty to eat. They were helpful in lining up outings for us and transporting us to a health clinic when our youngest arrived feeling sick. They made us feel like family and welcome. We picked Johnny's Beach Bungalow because we wanted to have a Costa Rican experience that put us in touch with Costa Rican people and culture. We were not disappointed

This was an awesome spot to stay. The location was great and the place was clean. Would definitely stay here again.

My absolute favorite place to stay in Samara! This place is such a gem! Hats off to the amazing humans who work there, the pristine rooms are so well equipped, the location is perfect, and to the beautiful private pool (love the water feature!) which we floated for hours! What an Oasis! Can’t wait to come back!!

The stay at Playa Ballena was very enjoyable. Natalia was very helpful in getting us set up and providing us with recommendations of where to visit and when. Going to the beach takes planning due to the tide, and Natalia was kind enough to provide us with a tide chart to help us with planning our outings to Arco as well as the time there. We were lucky to see toucan, macaws, howler monkey's and much more, right at the house. Its a peaceful place away from the road and surrounded by trees and a field. I recommend this house if you want to be away from town.

Hans and Joaquin are simply amazing! The second we arrived they met us and helped carry in our luggage! This was our first time in Costa Rica and they helped with many recommendations. Our stay in Puerto Viejo was complete because of our stay here! You’ll be surrounded by peace. We saw sloths, iguanas, a lot of birds and some really cool frogs. They have two wonderful dogs that love to greet you, we will miss them greatly! Do yourself a favor if you’re in the area and book their place if it’s available, you won’t be disappointed. (Side note: you need a 4x4 to access the property) Thank you Hans and Joaquin for sharing your amazing property. We hope to be back one day!

En el lugar encontré todo lo necesario para la estancia. Y agradezco la atención que me prestaron en realidad no requerí realizar preguntar ya que la guía con la información es muy clara y tiene lo que se requiere. Me gusto mucho el área común del lugar.

El airbnb es tal cual se muestra en las fotos, fácil acceso, muy seguro, céntrico, cerca de restaurantes, comercios, etc. El anfitrión muy servicial, contestaba rápido y dio recomendaciones locales

We love to stay in Barrio Escalante! The URBN building is perfect for families, our kids love the park and the pool. Lots of restaurants around Paola was a friendly host! Would recommend staying there to explore San Jose!

I can give this place my full recommendation. I stay here with my mother and my two children for a couple of days and we loved it. took to it instantly. Daphne was very communicative. concierge was super helpful. everybody was super nice. The property itself was nice. especially considering that I had four people to house and I wanted to be near. Manuel Antonio, I consider this place to have been an excellent value. as people have mentioned in the reviews, there's a contract that needs to be agreed to. if I could change anything about the experience, it would be to have the terms of that contract in the Airbnb listing itself so that the person can know what those terms are before they agree to the booking. especially if they're making the reservation after the point where they're able to get a full refund. with that said, Daffney and I had a discussion about the terms, I got a sense of ease there, and we had a great time with the property.

💗 loved it! Andrea picked us up after a very sweaty bus ride! Like an angel he picked us up and showed us around town. It was so comforting and warming. I especially loved seeing the monkeys!

Pasamos cuatro días en el alojamiento de Massiel y realmente todo es tal cual se encuentra publicado. Siempre estuvo atenta a lo que necesitábamos y la ubicación es excelente. Realmente volvería sin ninguna duda.
