Casa Salty

Newly refurbished, modern, one bedroom, first floor, holiday apartment in a quiet part of Costa Calma on South end of Fuertaventura Island. Located in the closed off and monitored estate of St Ursula, which has its local mini market and it’s 900 meters away from the nearest beach. Restaurants and supermarkets are 5 mins drive or 2km nice walk away. The apartment has sunny terrace with table and chairs, so you can enjoy the view of the community palm garden, sandy dunes and spectacular sunsets.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

Un ambiente unico per la tua vacanza indimenticabile. Io e mia sorella Noemi abbiamo 2 appartamenti vicini e li gestiamo con tanto amore.

Bonita villa de 180m2 con VISTAS al mar y PISCINA PRIVADA, se encuentra al lado de la playa (2 min andando) La Villa tiene parking privado y está totalmente equipada con una cocina moderna nueva de febrero 2021 y dispone de extras como vitrocerámica con extractor incluido vinoteca además de los utensilios básicos (exprimidor, tostadora, olla a presión, ...) A pocos minutos a pie se encuentra la PLAYA de Sotavento, una de las mejores playas de Europa y el Parque Natural de Jandía.

This glass house, with private infinity pool, aims to lessen the barrier between structure and nature. Perched in front of a valley near Ugán beach, Casa Liu connects with its surroundings both literally and emotionally. This home is encased in floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for outside living to be brought inside. Sunlight pours in, brightening every aspect of this space. And at night-time, you can feel yourself part of the universe, immersed in dozen of constellations.

Boasting pool views, Palm Point features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, a shared lounge and a garden, around 700 m from Costa Calma Beach. With garden views, this accommodation provides a patio. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette with microwave and fridge, and 1 bathroom with a bidet, a hairdryer and a washing machine. The apartment offers a barbecue. Ask for kitesurf classes.

Villa Fenice is located just a few minutes walk from the white sandy beach in a well-kept and quiet residential complex, in the top row. The living room is approx. 49 m² and has a Bluray player, TV, kitchen and a spacious dining area. The large inner patio (28 m²) with private pool (17 m²) with jet stream and underwater spotlight is equipped with parasol and teakwood furniture.

Located in an exclusive zone of Lajares right under the volcano ‘Calderón Hondo’. The house consists of two bedrooms, a connecting bathroom, toilet, storage room, kitchen, living room.
