Casa del año 1932 reformada manteniendo el encanto original de la época. Dispone de 4 habitaciones dobles, una de ellas tipo suite. Tiene lavadero y buhardilla utilizada como sala de estudio, biblioteca, gimnasio y con salida a una terraza soleada. Descubre detalles y particularidades de los espacios de la casa y posibles actividades a realizar por la zona en nuestro instagram: @_casaalba_ Los huéspedes pueden acceder libremente a todos los espacios abiertos de la casa; sala de estar, comedor, cocina, baños, lavadero, estudio, patio, balcones y terraza. Hay dos espacios privados de la propiedad cerrados para almacenamiento personal. Se dejan abiertos y preparados los dormitorios necesarios según los huéspedes que contratan la casa. No estamos en a casa durante la estancia, pero nos gusta estar en contacto por cualquier duda y estamos disponibles para ayudar en caso que sea necesario. La casa se encuentra al casco antiguo junto a la Plaza Mayor, la calle es muy tranquila, céntrica, con árboles y a 10 minutos del Lago a pie. Banyoles por si no lo conocéis es un pueblo tranquilo rodeado de un entorno natural único para hacer actividades de recreo y deportivas con interés cultural/histórico. De camino a las montañas del Pirineu y el mar de la Costa Brava. Discover the city with buses across the street and the metro just three blocks away. This is a luxury neighborhood, with all you need steps away, several supermarkets, restaurants (the amazing cooking school across the street!!), local market, shopping mall, and tons of children playgrounds (one in the same building private garden), the beach is just there!! In the apartment street itself, C. Provençals, you have an underground (Metro) stop only 3 blocks away. Station name "Selva de Mar" line 4 (yellow). This is 5-7 minutes walking to the station. In example to go to the cathedral from the apartment by underground it takes only 10-to-15 minutes ( 7 stops: Selva de Mar- Jaume I). The public transport system in Barcelona is at the highest level in Europe. You can buy a “T-10” transport card for less than 10 euros valid for 10 travels for both bus or underground (not valid for Airport "airbus" shuffle to city) at any underground station. There are automatic machines that sell them in all stations. Otherwise a single ticket's cost is 2€ so it's really worth buying the card, that you can share (it's not individual). Also bus stops only 50m away, and the access by car to “ronda litoral” which is the internal “motorway” that goes underground in the city center is only 100m distance. Also you have three touristic “hop on – hop off” bus stops between only 50-100m away! For transport from the airport you can take a taxi which is fast and affordable. Probably around 35-40€ depending on traffic. Should not take more than 35-40 minutes from airport to the apartment.
