In the summer build your own dam or in the winter cross country ski along the edges of the stream and get a full view of the West Arlington valley. Swearing Hill is located within a mile of an old country store for all types of immediate supplies. The town of Arlington is 5 miles away, and Manchester, Vt. Is 14 miles, offering golfing, shopping, and wonderful restaurants.

The White & Black Cottage is a cozy home within walking distance of downtown Glens Falls. There is a Cumberland Farms and a Stewart’s a block or two away for quick food items. Glens Falls has numerous wonderful restaurants and there is a notebook with many of the menus in the house. There are art galleries, LARAC, The Hyde and the Shirt Factory. Live music and theatre is available at the Wood Theatre, the Park Theatre and Strand Theatre. We are 20 minutes from Lake George and Saratoga.

Awesome fishing, kayaking, and swimming!! 30 minutes from downtown Saratoga and Lake George. No parties please!!! Charcoal Filtration System was added. Water occasionally has a sulfur smell but is safe to drink. Unfortunately this is just part of lake life.
