Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Ho personalmente realizzato alcuni particolari dell’arredamento quali: lampadari, tavolo, panca, mensole, porta, testiera del letto, lavandino, per rendere questo appartamento unico ed accogliente. L’appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario per la cucina è la sala pranzo. È presente un microonde/grill, tostapane, macchina del caffè, lavastoviglie, aspirapolvere, asciugacapelli, lavatrice/asciugatrice. C'è un letto matrimoniale e un divano-letto, ottimo x 2 adulti, o 2 adulti e 2 ragazzi.

Delizioso monolocale (19m2) in toni caldi, tranquillo, moderno e molto funzionale con angolo cucina perfettamente arredato. Riscaldamento a pavimento. Wifi a fibbra ottica e TV satellitare. In inverno a 2 minuti a piedi dalle piste da sci collegate con la Sellaronda. In estate passeggiate possibili da casa nostra. Parcheggio della macchina gratuito. Animali di compagnia putroppo non ammessi a causa di allergie. Parliamo l'italiano, il tedesco, l'inglese ed il francese.

The holiday apartment "Biohof Ruances Munt" in San Cassiano creates a cozy and stylish setting for a getaway with an Alpine view. The 42 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 3 people. The house is located in the centre of the village of La Villa in Alta Badia, on the main road, near the ski lifts (Gardenaccia 3 minutes and Piz La Villa 10 minutes) and near the main hiking trails. The apartment, recently renovated, is on the first floor and the rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the Dolomites. Fully equipped to spend a pleasant holiday in every season, in the heart of the World Heritage Site.

The holiday apartment 'Ciasa Willy Sas La Crusc' is located in La Villa and overlooks the mountain. This 37 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a TV. A baby cot is also available.

The bedroom (with double bed) is cosy and spacious; however, if you should need extra sleeping, the comfortable sofa bed is ready for two more people in the living room!
