This is an 1890 house, with a train station theme. You'll enjoy the comfort of large spaces and plenty of seating everywhere. Enjoy a mini games table. Every seat in the living room has a clear view of a 65" TV. The dining room has a train station diner vibe, with a menu and vending signs. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes and a large refrigerator. Upstairs there are 3 spacious bedrooms with room darkening curtains and soothing decor for restful nights. Our guest house is located on a dead-end road five minutes from the town of Newark Valley and only 30 minutes from Binghamton, Cortland, and Ithaca Included is a kitchen with open common area, two bedrooms, full bath and washer/dryer within living area. A farm setting is viewable from the common area and attached deck. There is a 2 acre pond and miles of scenic trails spread over 250+ acres, with sights as far as Pennsylvania!

B&B 44 is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located in Arcadia Village down the street from Greek Peak Mountain Resort and Hope Lake Lodge. Located within walking distance from skiing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing and canoeing, and within two hours of driving to nearby Ithaca, Rochester and Syracuse, you can visit any time of year for a relaxing or action-packed getaway. This home originally belonged to our grandparents, who ran a bed and breakfast for 40 years.
