Close to the center village (ten minutes walk from the center) and close to the slopes (5-10 minutes by car or free shuttle service).

It has electricity from a photovoltaic installation, with solar panels for hot water and a floor heating. It has a big kitchen-living room with fireplace, wood stove, big bathroom with shower, double bedroom, with bunk bed and a loft with place for other beds.
