Ronnie’s home perfectly accommodated my family of 8 and was centrally located for all our planned activities! The beds were super comfortable, kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils and spices, we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor patio space with the beautiful evening weather during our stay. For the handful of questions we did have, Ronnie was quick to reply with helpful responses. If I have another large group trip to Albuquerque in the future - I will definitely be staying here again!

This is not just a rental house, you feel at home the minute you walk in. This was the second time we stayed here and it was just as enjoyable as the first. All my family could do is rave about the place and said they know were they will be staying when they come back. We look forward to next year!!!

Makala's place is a perfect location for a family. There is plenty of room and accommodations for everyone! The home is in pristine condition!

Chelsea’s place was a perfect stop for our family ! House is big but cosy with everything you might need and if you travel with kids younger or older the backyard is a bonus complete with a fire pit and a playground . Would stay again and would recommend !

We travel to Albuquerque a few times per year and stay at various Air BNB’s. This is one we will frequent more often. It is centrally located in a very nice neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful, felt like home. The owners are extremely friendly and responsive. They take pride in the home and it shows. The beds were comfortable with down pillows and a duvet covered down comforter. It was a joy to share their space.

This place is amazing. It feels like home. The layout was perfect for our party of ten, which included two children. The rooms at the back of the house are separated from the rooms at the front which minimized all of the "kid noise". The backyard patio has a full porch with comfortable furniture, and we spent a lot of time out there. Plenty of parking behind a secure gate. We lacked nothing. Leah has thought of everything in this home. It is so tasteful and comfortable. In fact, she included a welcome basket with biscochitos and salsa, and a sweet birthday note to my 90 year old mother. We want to make it an annual retreat for our family.

I have stayed at Eden's place on multiple occasions since 2020. It is always clean, well equipped and has special touches, like a Christmas tree and lights at Christmastime. I keep coming back and will continue to do so!

Great place, great host, great location. Perfect for 4 couples + kids. We stayed in both sides of the duplex. Spacious and well stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare meals for all. Easiest check in I have ever expeienced with an airbnb. Host was friendly and responded within minutes.

Courtney was quick to respond and very helpful with questions and recommendations on places to visit. Her home is a nice little place for a quick visit. It feels cozy and as if you are right at home. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt pretty safe here. Would stay here again!

This newly updated efficiency space is located in a prime location in the North Valley, especially for the Bosque Trail System which I was cycling on for a couple of days. Lots of great restaurants and services right in the area with large shopping and dining districts only a few minutes drive. The unit is well off the main road with ample parking, rare in Albuquerque from my experience. It was clean, cozy and incredibly quiet. The modern AC unit and programmable fan were perfect for temperature control. Sean was proactive, responsive and helpful. Check in was a breeze with the door lock and other appliances/fixtures all working well. A perfect space for solo travel or a couple who are mostly out and about.

Thomas is a good communicator, extremely kind and wonderfully knowledgable about all things to explore in Albuquerque (Spaceship Houses...who knew). The Casita's location is quiet, with a good shower/bath, laundry, (washer and dryer, ironing board and iron). I felt completely safe. Plenty of USB ports, built right into the night tables in the bedroom. Lots of extra blankets! I'd stay there again - anytime!

The midnight suite was perfect for what I needed. A nice private complex and the suite was so cute. I love the atmosphere Kata and Rodger created here. I highly recommend staying here.

Jeanne's place was very clean and comfortable. She was very proactive by reaching out to see if everything was good. That was very appreciated. I like how she had materials, and also a guest book with what other visitors enjoyed about Albuquerque. We would not hesitate to stay there again!
