Overlooking the marina, pool, and wide canal view. Upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. Two couch beds in the living room so sleep 6 total. Fishing docks and two swimming pools (one outside by the marina and a second heated indoor pool). Bring your water toys, fishing gear, and have fun! Walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and shopping.

Quiet location in an established area. 25 miles from Port Aransas with beach access, 15 mins from Bob Hall, Whitecap & Mustang Island. 10 mins from The Lexington, Texas State Aquarium, & University. Beautifully decorated and updated this first floor one bedroom condominium is walking distance to the beach. Located next to the pool this unit is fully furnished with everything you'll need for a relaxing stay at the coast. Take a leisurely stroll to the beach, go fishing at the Packery Channel Jetties or swim and relax by the pool or on the patio. Open for lunch and dinner head over to The Boat House Bar & Grill for some great views, food, fun and drinks. Cart rentals within walking distance.

Relax in a King size bed after being entertained with many major attractions close by. Enjoy an ocean view stroll to Cole Park and then fish at the Pier. Visit the Art Center, the museums, the American Bank Center and many attractions downtown. Furthermore, it is very close to Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington, Texas A&M, the Navy Base, walking trails, and beautiful beaches.
