El anfitrión fue muy amable en todo momento, estuvo siempre pendiente a cualquier consulta. El ambiente muy agradable, linda vista, muy limpio, seguridad las 24 horas, excelente ubicación. Completamente recomendado.

Nice, clean and private place. The area can be a bit noisy 24/7, but that has nothing to do with their palce. It is the location. Close to the airport, great food plaza nearby.

El departamento es muy bonito y cómodo, está en una zona céntrica y cumple con todo lo detallado en las fotos. Camila también fue muy amable y atenta con nosotros. Tuvimos una gran estadía, super recomendado!!!

El departamento de Luis estaba limpio, bien equipado y la ubicación era perfecta. Luis fue muy atento y el proceso de ingreso fue fácil. Definitivamente lo recomendaría a otros viajeros.

This is the best possible place in La Paz. Everything was beyond perfect. 100% recommend and would stay there again in a heartbeat. The view amazes every day, 6 weeks did not get us tired of it. Even on days we did not do much, we felt enwrapped in the city due to the city life you can see from the window overlooking city park and the open air theatre (we witnessed one South American boyband show which was a lot of fun). Optimal strategical location between Sopocachi and Downtown, just a few minutes away from the Celeste Teleférico line, and one block off a main avenida. Restaurants, bakeries and convenience stores are around the building, for a larger supermarket you need to walk a little further, but still convenient enough to walk the groceries back. The apartment is very comfortable, colourful and artistically decorated with lots of plants, well equipped and super clean. The double glass windows store the sun's midday warmth well, so there is no heating as seems normal in La Paz, for slightly chilly nights the blanket does the rest. Warm water in the shower is reliable and strong. The place is even bigger than anticipated. The closet has plenty of storage space - all of our mountaineering equipment and clothing for six weeks fit with room to spare. The living room is also the main corridor connecting all other rooms and has a hammock to hang out in. Manuel was an incredible host. Communication from the start was prompt, reliable and friendly. Despite arriving at an ungodly hour, Manuel warmly received us - with delicious fruits and coca tea and good advice to help us adjust to the altitude quickly and good insight into the city and activities to do. Manuel has a room in the apartment, but he was only there on the first days and on the day we left, so you basically have the entire apartment as advertised. All of this and the other hundred little details make this the perfect home in La Paz. Thank you Manuel!

Sergios place was comfortable and decent for the price. Sergio has amazing communication skills and was able to direct me to his place easily via text and phone calls. He also is available if you need any help. His place is a 10 minute walk to the teleférico or you can take a minibus for 2 Bolivianos. The house is nice but some of the fixtures need updating or replacing. The kitchen is basic but it’s possible to cook most things with the cooking supplies he has available. The beds were comfortable but the couches were very comfortable so I conjoined them because I like watching Netflix before bed. One of the best things about this place is the hot water shower. It’s very hot and the perfect temperature to take comfortable showers, by far the best I’ve ever had. The house is actually one big house, but split in half. You have your own entrance and privacy. You do however hear conversations, and music coming from the other side. The dogs BARK constantly so keep that in mind. For digital nomads like me, the WiFi is stable and I had no problems with work which gave me peace of mind. The neighborhood hood is charming and I like how peaceful it was. Sergio was very nice and I decided to leave early to Cochabamba and he refunded me for 2 nights. Overall, it was a good value, plus he provides breakfast which I didn’t know.

La amabilidad y atención es excelete, las instaciones son de maravilla, agradezco al equipo que nos atendió, muy recomendable y volvería a ir siempre.

Es una casa nueva, muy bonita y cómoda, pasamos lindos días, el lugar es tranquilo, necesario tener movilidad para ingresar, pero a unos 10 minutos tienes muchas tiendas y lugares de comida.

La maison de John est super ! Un peu à l’écart du village, elle est parfaite pour se ressourcer, se détendre et faire des bons barbeucs ! La cuisine est bien équipée. Gonzalo, le gardien, est aussi agréable que disponible. Le mieux est la vue sur les différents cerros : on a assisté à un spectacle incroyable d’orages 🥰 Je recommande fortemement !

Pasamos un increíble fin de semana junto a mi familia. Ángela siempre estuvo al pendiente en todo momento. Es un lugar grande, bonito y tranquilo. El lugar es tal cual las fotos y la publicación. realmente un 10 Gracias por todo Ángela, estamos deseando volver en otra oportunidad 💯

Mi estancia fue muy agradable que me sentí como en casa y María Luisa y su esposo son unas personas muy atentas y muy amables dispuestos a resolver y aconsejar cualquier duda que uno tenga respecto al alojamiento y al entorno en general, ah y por cierto un barrio muy tranquilo y seguro. 100x100 recomendable.

Great location in central La Paz, loads of restaurants and theatres on your doorstep. Apartment has a great view of the city in the day and night and is worth checking out.

Las anfitrionas son encantadoras y amables, el departamento es muy cómodo y equipado con todo lo que uno necesita para sentirse como en casa, está en un condominio muy tranquilo para descansar, te dan recomendaciones para lugares donde comer o poder visitar.

El departamento es lindo y amplio, con mucha luz y una terraza cómoda. Cuando llegamos hubieron algunos detalles pero Sergio se esforzó por solucionarlos en el día. Estuvimos muy contentos y recomendamos este lugar para alojarse en La Paz. Gracias Sergio!
