We offer 2 good-sized bedrooms, a main bathroom and open plan kitchen & living/dining area which steps out into a spacious garden with seating area & hot tub. All the beaches offer great surf potential in particular conditions and there is great fishing from the rocks or beaches

Paddocks view is a spacious two bedroom bungalow in the hamlet of Treworgans, Cubert, 10 minutes from the busy resort of Newquay. Paddocks View comfortably sleeps 5 people making it perfect for families or groups of friends. Paddocks View comprises of an open plan lounge with smart TV and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, main bedroom with double bed and large ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with a single bed and bunk beds and a main bathroom. All bed linen and bath towels are provided.

It is positioned in the main centre of activity for Mevagissey but nonetheless occupies a tranquil and peaceful spot in the courtyard. An additional benefit is the parking spot directly outside the bungalow.
