IF YOUR DOG IS JOINING YOU, please provide advanced notice, a $25/night pet fee for the first 4 nights (max$100), that rabies vaccination records be provided at check in, and that your dog have access to a crate for times that you must leave him/her behind! This charming neighborhood is located just across the Casco Bay from Portland, and it's the perfect place to relax and admire the natural beauty of Maine. Enjoy a tour of our gardens and relax on the string light lit patio. The apartment is located on a quiet street, less than a mile walk from Willard Beach. Take a walk on the Greenway to Bug Light park or towards Knightville for some food and drink options.

Sweet 1-Bedroom Apartment in Vintage Village Cape

Built roughly 200 years ago, the traditional cape housing this first-floor apartment is located on a hilltop above the Royal River, just steps from restaurants, trails, and waterfront. It's been thoroughly renovated, and features pretty much all the comforts of home—including a full kitchen with dishwasher, a wood-burning fireplace insert, an all-natural mattress (super comfy), and a clawfoot tub-equipped bathroom. Have a sit in your private sauna, and take in the abundant birdsong of the neighborhood from your private back patio while you sip your morning coffee. Just down the road (5 minutes) to downtown Portland, Willard Beach, or Knightville, and 10-15 minutes to Scarborough and Cape Elizabeth beaches.

A beautiful, private studio with kitchenette and luxury bathroom in the heart of So. Portland. Although not on Portland peninsula, the Old Port is just an 7 min drive away. The apartment is five minutes to Willard Beach and 15 minutes to Scarborough beaches. Also in the building is the Second Rodeo Cafe, which serves coffee, breakfast and lunch. Sunny studio with king bed, private entrance, garage parking. Small but complete kitchen (under counter refrigerator). Great views of the Wildcat river. WiFi, cable. 1 mile to Jackson cross country trails and close to the village of Jackson. Non smoking. The space is 500 square feet. There is a two night minimum stay. Pet friendly but only one dog allowed. Please give us dog info- breed, size. Always have your dog on a leash even in our yard.
