Great hosts, would stay again if ever in the area!

This house exceeded expectations! Our kids had the time of their lives swimming and it was so peaceful with the private lake access. We didn’t see another person the entire time! Kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans/cooking utensils. Bathrooms were all very clean. Plenty of space! I don’t have a single complaint!

The apartment was as described. We needed somewhere we could stay and walk to a local music festival. This location was perfect for that. We parked when we got there and didn’t move the car until check out.

Tracy’s home was amazing! Our family enjoyed everything it had to offer, from the heated pool and hot tub spa to the spacious kitchen, where we whipped up some delicious meals. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. We would definitely book again if we are ever in the area. Tracy was a wonderful host. She was very quick with responses and worked with us on extending our stay!

This house was awesome! My Fiancé and I rented this to gather family for Easter 2025. Linda gave us permission to have family who were semi local to visit for our Easter dinner which was so special to us! My guests staying with us were impressed with how relaxing the back area was with the pool and the sunroom. We had multiple adults, our niece (6mo) and several of our 4 legged nieces / nephews and there was plenty of space for us all. We are so grateful for Linda and her generosity! The day of check out one of our guests had rental car issues that took several hours to correct. Linda was gracious enough to extend our check out to allow time for them to fix the car issues and then get back to the house to pack up. We will definitely be coming back!

We had the BEST time here! it is centrally located to absolutely anything you would like to do or to eat. We appreciated the serenity and peace of the place. Iftekhar was an excellent host. The pool wasn't available yet as it was early in the season still, but we enjoyed the red wine that he left for us to make up for it. We highly recommend for any type of stay you would need. Perfect Charlotte basecamp — for business and beers. We came as a crew for work, held meetings during the day, and used the house as our evening retreat. It balanced productivity and relaxation better than most of us do. The location? Central enough to stroll to some top-notch craft breweries (research purposes, obviously). The house itself was clean, well-organized, and ideal for groups. The backyard fire pit became our unofficial strategy hub. The pool looked great — we admired it purely as art. And yes, we may have gotten slightly too competitive on the Big Game Hunter arcade machine. No actual animals were harmed, except maybe our pride. Would 100% come back — unless you get there first.

This tiny home was such an amazing stay, it was very clean, comfortable and inviting. My husband and I were able to use the Kayaks and go fishing all morning. Really great little tiny house community with so much to do on the property. We really enjoyed every bit of it!

Great place to stay for my husband’s baseball tournament- although we ended up not needing it, it was helpful to have a washer/dryer in the condo. The array of available shampoos and conditioners and body wash was also a godsend for my husband as he forgot his and probably didn’t want to smell like the stuff I brought lol. We also made use of the coffee/tea bar - both a keurig and a regular coffee pot brewer were available, along with several teas and coffee bags and powdered creamers which was appreciated. Several food options just a short walk away - we did the pizza place and Papa Doc’s. You don’t really hear the traffic on the nearby road so that was not an issue. And the place was pretty quiet in general. Cute decor (just like the photos). Definitely get ice cream up the road at Dreamery Creamery! 😉😁
