A great spot for family events, work in Westlake or Grapevine strolls. We're 20 minutes from DFW airport and Texas Motor Speedway! We're wonderful and comfy! We're a home not a resort though. We live here and sometimes you will find little messes! The mower out or a busy driveway! We always work to accommodate for you!

The Cozy Condo offers the privacy of a personal sanctuary and the amenities of a spa while providing all the comforts of home. While staying here you'll have access to two pools, a hot tub and community grills. Everything you need is provided from detergent to wifi. After every guest I personally clean the home and make sure there are plenty of freshly washed towels and bedding. It's the perfect place to stay whether you're visiting friends, traveling for work or just passing through.

Perfectly located 1 bedroom with full kitchen with most all cookware to make your own food, coffee maker, , microwave. Washer and dryer, full size fridge with ice maker. Cleaned and sterilized for your comfort and protection. City park with walking trails and nice Boat ramp available 100 yards away with parking for a small daily fee. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!
