The house was spotless with plenty of room downstairs for us. The main bedroom was large and lovely with an ensuite shower/ toilet. The other 2 bedrooms were smaller but perfect for our needs. All beds were very comfy. The kitchen/diner was VERY well stocked with everything thing we could have needed. Lovely welcome basket with fresh bread and milk with some goodies too and a fresh bag of coffee. Lots of little thoughtful extras, like books, games, doggy items, beach towels and a fab record player! We loved sitting in the garden in the morning and evening. Hardly noticed there were neighbours as it was very peaceful despite being a residential area. We loved our stay and if back in the area would definitely stay again. We had a wonderful stay at Selby Cottage. The property was immaculately clean with lovely modern decor and lots of welcoming touches. Karen was a fantastic host, warm and friendly and hugely helpful and accommodating. Property is in a great location, easily walkable to all amenities in town. The outdoor space was lovely and an asset to have in sunny weather as forms a bit of a sun trap. The beaches at Alnmouth are only a 10 min drive away. Highly recommend a stay at Selby Cottage for visiting this beautiful part of the country and even better that you can take your pooch along!

Mel was a very helpful and friendly host. The cottage was comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for a quiet and peaceful break. Particularly good for the dog with the garden being fully enclosed and free to roam.

We loved this place, it was perfect for our six year olds, they loved the garden, the spacious rooms and it was a great location to base ourselves while we explored to NE - we will be back xx

Perfect place to stay if exploring Newcastle and surroundings. Sandra had thought hard about what her guests might need and it was all available for us.

Seldom is where we stay one of the highlights of our trip, but this townhouse definitely was. It was absolutely amazing. It was warm and comfortable after coming in from our chilly all day excursions. The beds were comfortable, the house extremely clean and the amenities absolute perfection.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was great and exactly what we needed, our host was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions we had.

We had a fantastic stay here over the Easter weekend. Lynn and Louise are fantastic hosts always really responsive and went above and beyond in leaving an Easter welcome basket with treats for the kids. The caravan is clean and exactly like the pictures and description provided. We didn’t use the site amenities but the caravan is located close to the main entertainment centre and pool. It is only few mins walk down to the lovely large sand beach which the kids and dogs loved! Overall we had a great stay here and would happily recommend!

This is a lovely place to stay, in a quiet part of the countryside. Shared amenities, including games room, gym and pool, are excellent. The cottage itself is spacious and comfortable, with all the essentials we needed for our holiday.

Beautiful caravan and very clean. Looks exactly like the photos. Well decorated and little extras. really helpful things like salt and vinegar and shower gel. right on the sea front with a 10 walk to get feet on the sand. Beach was amazing really peaceful and lovely sunrise view. A lovely few days stay 💚

Love this place, right by the beach, and a beautiful beach too. The host was so responsive and helpful from start to finish. The place was immaculately clean, just as described, lovely and warm with all the utensils and appliances working exactly as they should. Easy to walk to town, with a Co-Op and pubs and restaurants there. Shower pretty good too. Family bathroom and a small but useful en-suite to the main bedroom

A wonderful weekend break at Swallowtails. The accommodation was tastefully decorated and extremely clean and comfortable with everything you need for your stay. Set in a beautiful rural surroundings and countryside walks. The local village has a couple of good pubs within easy walking distance and are dog friendly. Lots of great places to visit within a short drive. The hosts were extremely helpful and respond quickly to any queries. Highly recommended.

Lovely stay in Whitley Bay at Claire’s caravan. On the edge of the park closest to the sea so great views of the coast and lighthouse. We were lucky with the sunsets - they were beautiful! Recommended!

We had a lovely stay in Amble. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend the fish shack for a meal which is a 10 minute walk away.

Adham’s property was perfect for the one night we spent in Durham. Really easy to access the city, easy to find and great communication from Adham. Thank you - we’ll be back

What a wonderful stay we had! we wanted a secluded place for our anniversary where we could unwind and relax in beautiful surroundings without compromising on ammenities. The hideaway was spotless, beautiful, cozy and absolutely perfect. I just wished we had stayed longer. Everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay is right there. Don't hesitate and book it!

Fabulous place for peace and quiet. So close to the beach for walks with the dogs. Everywhere we walked to was really catered for dogs. Some great places to walk to on the beach. Accomodation warm and cosy just as described, host made you feel at home with nothing too much trouble. Will definitely be back.

What a beautiful cottage! Decor was stunning, everywhere was spotless, and it was perfect for a family of four. Very well equipped and enabled us to feel right at home. Ideally located for Amble harbour. Sarka was kind enough to leave a basket of treats and some milk in the fridge, and gave us some helpful tips for the local area. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to spend time in Amble. Just perfect!

we loved our stay in Longtown. Andrea's caravan was absolutely spotless, so comfortable and spacious for the 4 of us and our lab dog. the property have everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The shower was FANTASTIC! normally I dread caravan showers but this was bliss. Communication was ideal. Always a really prompt reply. We would love to book again.
