This condo is attached to my home but is totally independant with private access. The condo is upstairs and accessible by a spiral staircase ( avoid large suitcase, may be challenging for some people) A large bedroom with a queen bed, an equiped kichen ( combined microwave/ oven), a bathroom ( large shower) and a living room with high ceiling. We follow cleaning recommendations. You can arrive anytime after check in time.PARKING is in the dead end street in front of my garden

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, my mobile home is located in a very unique neighborhood right on the bay with a little beach 2 min. down the road from my house, where you can sit and enjoy the views or fish. The homes are a combination of mobile homes like mine and houses with the most wonderful people of all walks of life. Very quiet, very safe and friendly. 5 min. to Bradenton beach and 10 min. to AMI.

Our guest house is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, a few miles from the sandy white beaches of Coquina Beach, Brandenton Beach, Holmes Beach, Manatee Beach, Ana Maria Island, and Siesta Key Beach. The Downtown and IMG Academy are also just a short drive away. Our home is a perfect place to relax between trips to the beach and local attractions.
