Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay…is our tranquil designer-styled bay house. We believe it is the Central Coast’s best kept secret. At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

Boathouse By The Bay

Relax and unwind in our beautiful, unique space, enjoying the sounds of nature as you indulge in the outdoor shower in the sun. With just a short walk to the waterfront, corner store and bottle shop, you can set up the perfect picnic down by the water or at home. Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

"Hello" Large Family Beach House - outside pets

Welcome to the perfect family getaway. Large house for a family, or the perfect place for multiple couples to getaway from the city to relax. A BIG holiday home, two renovated bathrooms plus separate toilet room with a great mix of comfort/space, look no further. The house is 600 meters to Copacabana beach, shops and cafes. During the Christmas season we only take weekly bookings. Easter and public holidays we take three night bookings. The rest of the year is a two day minimum stay.

Hosting up to 2 people in the Beach Hideaway, with its leafy entrance, looking over the lush sub tropical gardens , this is a truly unique getaway for lovers of nature, art and beauty .

The Copa Cabana

*IMPORTANT: The property next door is doing an extension, due to finish Feb 2026. Please be mindful of associated noise when considering your booking. A discount has already been applied to the next few months to compensate for any inconvenience. The Copa Cabana is a free standing residence, situated on the ocean side of the block behind another freestanding house. Small dogs are welcome but please notify us BEFORE booking. There will be an additional fee of $160.
