The Wizard Hat Beach House is a massive 3,956 square foot house with the best oceanfront views on the Oregon Coast. It will sleep nine adults comfortably, and kids will love the game room on the third floor. There's also a separate suite with a king bed and sofa sleeper on the lower level that boasts panoramic ocean views from every angle. Guests can access the beach using the stairwell leading from the house and enjoy miles of beachcombing or a leisurely walk into Old Town.

To make our 3 bedroom 2 bath home more accessible during the winter off-season months, we superhosts are offering it at a one bedroom rate, with the understanding that guests will only use the one upstairs master bedroom and the adjacent bathroom, kitchen and living areas. This allows us to cut the cleaning fee in half and also gives you access to laundry if needed. This is a remarkable special. Features kitchenette, comfortable queen bed plus fold-out sofa bed in the living room. There is no view from inside the cottage, but a small patio with fire pit (weather permitting) is available with gorgeous views from outside the cottage. Cottage A is close to Cape Arago Hwy., and receives more road noise than any of our other properties.
