Clean and updated home in a peaceful location convenient for skiing. Many household items useful for cooking in. Hot tub and basement with activities for kids are a nice addition.

Delaware House was perfect for our family and our pets! Easy and close to walk to restaurants, cideries, etc. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable and clean old farmhouse, with a lovely porch. The vibe was old, but kitchen and bathrooms were updated and modern. The host checked in with us when we got there. No complaints -only praise. Highly recommend.

We were looking for a quiet family getaway while visiting family in the area - this was the perfect place. The surrounding area was gorgeous, surrounded by fall leaves with a nearby lake to take in. Robert was a generous and responsive host - would absolutely recommend!

Denise is an exceptional Host - we love the house, it's comfortable and has everything we need. This is the 9th time we've stayed here and been happy every time. It feels like home to us. Denise is responsive and friendly, she adds little touches and details that make it a super experience. Will stay here whenever we're in the area!

A quiet and private area. A neighbor on one side but never heard or seen anybody. Plenty of room for the dogs to run and hiking trails across the street. It is well stocked but does need some updating.

We stayed here as a group of 3 families for a ski weekend - one day at Plattekill and one at Belleayre. Both are very nearby. The house is large and well-equipped, and we enjoyed sitting by the fire with cocktails after our ski day. Very clear instructions and minimal clean-up were both appreciated by our group! We hope to return next year!

Very large and nice open space in the house. Family of 6 felt very comfortable and we could have had more join. Quick drive to windham to ski and spent evenings in front of fire playing cards. Kitchen has everything you need for nights in.

Michael's cabin in the Catksills was perfect for our recent ski trip over the long weekend! It was very cozy with the wood burning stove and had everything we needed (including a very well-stocked kitchen, which is always appreciated!). We loved the location, in that it felt remote and woodsy, but still close to fun towns such as Woodstock and the amazing Phoenicia Diner. Would definitely recommend!

My family and I (total 7 people) visited in Jan over a long weekend. We had a wonderful stay. The house looks even better than the pictures and was so clean. We loved the decor and discovered something new each day. Fouz and Chris are very thoughtful with the amenities and even left supplies for smores and some wine for us upon arrival. They gave helpful recommendations and were very responsive with any questions we had. We didn’t have any issues at all and would like to visit again in warmer months. Would definitely recommend.

Pristine clean, cozy, one bedroom condo unit located in Windham with seasonal access to tennis courts and a pool. Walking distance to the beautiful Windham Path. Slept better than at home in the comfy bed. Went for two days of midweek remote work. Agnieszka, the host, was gracious and responsive. The host obviously put some genuine TLC into this place and it shows. Browsed for books at Briars & Brambles, an indie bookstore in Windham adjacent to Windham Pharmacy. Purchased groceries and firewood down the road at Hickory Hill Market . Ate in area at Higher Grounds and Windham Diner. Living room has a fireplace with large screen TV just above. This spot was perfect for the 6 of us! The airbnb matched the photos and the description and we were very comfortable. Unfortunately we went the weekend after ski season ended so a lot of places were on “spring break” and closed in town, but we still had a great time. Highly recommend West Kill Brewing about 20 mins away from the airbnb :)

We came up for a family weekend, but needed a pet friendly place to stay with our little pup. Yasiel's airb&b was the best place we've ever stayed while traveling. We slept great, made yummy food, and relaxed in between events! We can't wait to visit again!

We had a great stay. The house is very big, spacious, well decorated and clean. It felt very cozy. The house rules were clear and the host was reachable at any time.

Had a great time at the cozy cabin. It's a cabin but still has some nice amenities. Location is somewhat close to road, you can hear occasional cars go by. Still, back by the pond it feels like being away from it all. I had a blast hiking local trails and enjoying the foliage.

This was a absolute gem of an Airbnb. The location was everything my wife and I imagine for our kids to grow up in one day. The plot of land the home sat on was one from a fairytale. Melody was a great host. We will 100% be back to this location.

This Airbnb is completely amazing. It is beautiful. It is spacious. It is great for a group. It comes fully stocked with most of the basic things you need like a fully functional kitchen with things like syrup and jam and all of that in there. The host was completely responsive. If you are planning to go to ski, it is close to the mountain. I completely enjoyed our stay.

I booked Nidhi's place for one night for myself and a guest to attend a show at Bearsville. The placement of everything, inside and outside, created an intentional sense of comfort. My guest arrived after me - without a thought, we ended up at the kitchen table talking for hours before the show. Again, the placement of this conversation spot felt intentional, but only after we found ourselves engaged in it. The outdoor surroundings are utilized to not only accent, but to enhance the indoor setting. The whole experience felt private and safe, and allowed us to share a really precious window of time for reconnection and decompression. In addition to the appealing aesthetics (the chosen blue for that kitchen!), the bedding was a treat to come back to at the end of the night - so inviting and equally comforting to find yourself wrapped up in in the morning. Nidhi so kindly messaged me out of concern for the very high winds we were experiencing (prepared with a generator), but no issue.

Only there for a quick over-nite stay for a memorial for a friend. Ann and Frank built this Air b'n'b purposefully into the lower level of their home when they built it. The apartment is spacious, immaculate and beautifully decorated. Step out the door to the view of the pond and beautiful countryside. 10 minute drive to quaint county seat of Norwich , NY. with restaurants, shopping, movie theatre, etc. Easy drives to Cooperstown baseball Hall of Fame or Ithaca (Finger Lakes, Cornell University.) We lived in the area for 30 years before moving south to be closer to our grandchildren. It was nice to be "home."

We had a lovely weekend! The hot tub cabana area was the true highlight—beautifully set up and so relaxing. The house was clean, the location peaceful, and communication was excellent. The hosts were very gracious about early check-in and a late checkout, which we really appreciated. A few things were a bit confusing (like the sleeping arrangements listed and missing bedding for floor mats), but overall it was a great stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Anton’s Airbnb for our family ski trip to Hunter Mountain! The house was spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of six adults and three children. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, and the kids especially loved the game room—it was a big hit! The location was perfect, just a short drive to the ski resort, which made our trip super convenient. The surrounding town was nice, with everything we needed within easy reach. The house was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with all the amenities we could ask for. Thank you, Anton, for providing such a wonderful stay. We would definitely love to return!

We had such a relaxing stay at this house. The views of the countryside and the mountain were amazing. We even had a flock of turkeys right outside the house! We loved the deck, the outside space and the open concept kitchen/living room/dining room. Great appliances for cooking and a Keurig. The master bath shower was wonderful with the rain shower head. Great location that is close to town and restaurants. Perfect size for large families. Wished we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Ray’s. Everything was beautiful. Everything was just the way it was described in the description. It was peaceful and serene. Even though it snowed two days and made the view even more beautiful. We enjoyed the coziness. We can’t wait to stay again. Ray was very attentive and always checking in .
