Thank you Brad for letting me stay. The unit is absolutely wonderful. There are stained glass windows and it is beautifully decorated. The place feels like a home away from home. The unit also has everything you needed. The bedding is soft and warm.

This is a beautiful place. The place is actually nicer than the pictures. The beds where some of the most comfortable we have come across. They had everything we needed plus. Love the shower, extra big with great water pressure and water temperature. Furniture was very comfortable and nice. Overall a very nice stay, this place deserves the 5 stars they get.

I've stayed at this place three times now, and I can honestly say it's hands-down the coolest spot around. Modern, stylish, and super comfortable—everything about it just works. Every time I come back, it feels like a perfect little escape. Jon and Judy are absolute rockstars. They're the kind of hosts that just get it—friendly, thoughtful, and always make sure everything is top-notch. You can tell they care about every detail, and it shows. The views stunning, enjoyed the sunsets. Weather was perfect to enjoy the patio and a little bird watching( abundance of woodpeckers and spotted a couple of eagles). The house had everything we needed. The kitchen well equipped as we cooked nightly. We also enjoyed the town of Smithville which has nice boutiques, antiques and coffe shop. Nice tranquil property.

The home was private and had amazing views! My family and I had our Thanksgiving during our trip and it was perfect. Kaela was very responsive and accomodating. We look forward to staying again!

Great place for a short weekend stay with friends. About half an hour from Fall Creek Falls, which is why we were there. Enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking!

This is easily one of my favorite airbnb experiences so far. The home is lovely, and the host is very kind. The back yard was great for stargazing and a little disc golf practice! There were plenty of dishes and cooking basics to make a nice meal. Overall, this place is so cozy and located within 5 minutes of anything in town. I would gladly stay again!

We had a great few days at Sonya's condo. These condos have some of the best views on the entire lake, and her condo may have the best view in the complex. We love the location to the marina (1 mile), so it's quick and easy to get on the water. There was plenty of room in the place for our family, and the community pool was a nice benefit when we just wanted to relax and catch some sun! I would say the pictures were accurate (except the view in person is better), and Sonya was great to work with.

We had a great stay- the host was very responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The lake view was beautiful and the unit was comfortable, clean and well stocked. We didn’t realize that we had to pay to use the pool, it is in the listing but we missed that, so just something to be aware of. Otherwise all around a great stay.

The location was perfect for our needs. Communication was excellent as we were driving in and asking to check in early. Would definitely stay again.

Elizabeth and her husband Wade were the absolute greatest, they made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. Their place was spotless, super relaxing, and we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. They were also amazing with communication, so friendly and helpful the whole time. Also, we can't say enough about the breakfast that Elizabeth made every morning, it was absolutely delicious and was such a special touch. We had the best time and would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, especially if you're wanting to spend time on the water. We can't wait to book again.

I was in Cookeville for work and the place was very close to the office. I like places that have a full kitchen so I can cook. This place was great for that. Very quiet neighbors. I would definitely recommend Marshall’s apartment.
