You’re granted full access to basketball court, kitchen, laundry facilities & 4 bedrooms, each having a full bathroom, Queen sized beds & closets. There’s an additional half bathroom on each level, a toddler bed & queen-sized air mattresses. The grounds have several add-on’s available, including use of the party barn, fishing at our lake, horses, fresh eggs and jacuzzi for an additional cost.

1949 Missouri Pacific Caboose

The Love Train is an authentic 1949 Missouri Pacific Caboose that was in service for many years and was finally retired in 1983. Our most unique "cabin" to date, this dwelling has really gone places! After purchase, we completely gutted & renovated the entire structure, keeping the original equipment as we went for a real step backwards in time! The Red River is hiking distance, you're only minutes away from Winstar World Casinos, Lake Murray & many other area attractions.
