Our goal when we built and designed this house was to create a cozy & upscale spot to escape to in North Conway. With Echo lake only a 5 minute walk & multiple ski mountains only minutes away, our villa is the perfect jumping point for any season!

We have put a lot of thought into this space and are confident that it will translate into a magical stay.

Cook in the kitchen or grill in the beach side pavilion. Walk the trails around the lake through forest & meadow to the nearby State Forest & Gold Mine Trail. We group the 3 cottages to preserve the shore for nature to thrive-message to reserve all 3 for total privacy

Treehouse With Hot Tub Close to Sunday River!

This authentic, luxury treehouse was designed by B'Fer Roth, DIY Network TV host of The Treehouse Guys and built by the Treehouse Guys. Nestled in the woods on a quiet, private rd with no neighbors in sight, the treehouse is just 15 minutes to Sunday River Ski Resort, 5 minutes to Mt. Abram and 10 minutes to downtown Bethel. The treehouse is abutted by 626 acres of Bucks Ledge Community Forest (7 miles of hiking/snowshoeing trails accessible from the treehouse).

Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.
