We had a fun family weekend in beautiful North Conway. There was plenty of space and room for every couple to have privacy yet a large common area we could all be together. The neighborhood was peaceful and and easy walk to the common path to the river. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed as well as the bathrooms and laundry room. We would go back and will recommend to our friends! Cindy

We were a group of 9, 3 couples and 3 babies under the age of 2. Molly’s place was great for all of us to space out and the backyard scenery was gorgeous. The home was stocked with everything you could ask for in a kitchen and more. Would definitely consider staying here again if we make another trip up here!

This was a great get away. Right on the lake with the convenience of using their kayaks, row boat, and peddleboat. Also had an array of life jackets for everyone to be safe. Scenery is beautiful, location is peaceful! We read, kayaked, played pinpong in their basement, sat around the firepit and listened to nature! The house is exactly how you see it in the pics, plus better! The home is spotless and has everything you need! Host Heidi is very responsive! They even have many board games and puzzles to play. Wow, what a perfect house. Our favorite ABNB yet!! Some hi lights enjoyed by all 6 guests include comfy beds, room darkening shades, 3 full baths, coffee/drink area separate from kitchen. It was our 1st time to lake Ossipee, but it will not be our last! We swam, kayaked, fished etc. the lake was so clear and clean and warm. The scenery was spectacular. Robert was a great host and we would absolutely rent again.

Penny was a fabulous host!! Lots of communication, and we felt like we were the first ones to ever rent her place. She made everything perfect, from not only having clear instructions, but providing a home that lacked nothing. The location was superb, and because of the time of year we seemed to have the whole lake to ourselves. Gorgeous views and crystal clear water. Could not have asked for more on our anniversary getaway. Will definitely return!!

We had a wonderful stay at Abbeys. It was so nice being right on the river. We could hear the water running at night as we lay in bed. My grandson loved fishing from the rocks. The place was very convenient to downtown North Conway, clean and had everything. I have to agree about the curtains. I found that a bit uncomfortable at night. But other than that, it was great.

This place is the perfect reminder of the kind of place you wish to retire at. I can’t wait to come in the summer or fall! Interestingly enough we came during April snow weather and still had the best and most relaxing time. It was a huge plus that Cumberland farms was two minutes away and a lot of other local stores were around. Extremely dog friendly and truth be told any dog’s favorite place this would easily be. I brought my puppy and it was a great way to expose him to ALOT. Mary was so responsive and helpful and we actually got stuck in the mud and her whole family plowed us out and we got a laugh at the end as well in the midst of it all. The place was clean, you really felt at home with all amenities that were included, I would just keep in mind there was not a kitchen aide mixer so bring a handheld mixer and that would do the trick depending on what you’re planning on baking but I was able to make a lot of things without. Highly recommend, very peaceful, and all you need.

The lodging is a small but functional A-frame. The home is clean and warm, and there is enough space for 4 people for sure. It's a little bit cramped working at the stove if you're tall like me, but otherwise the space is great for staying in ski country.

My husband grew up going to South Down and his family is still there. It's great to have a place of our own when we visit. The condo is very nice, check-in was super easy (just a code!), and there was a binder with everything we needed. We didn't have any issues while we were there, but our host was still very responsive to our updates.

Nice private area, close by to a few small-towns for groceries, gas, etc. Property was very scenic and often only sounds that could be heard were birds. Slept 5 comfortably and never felt crowded. 10/10

Great spot close to Attitash. Was much bigger than what we had originally thought. The fireplace was a great touch too and enjoyed it as we spent evenings in the living room. Hosts were very communicative.

stayed here for my first time at Loon! loved the location, amenities, and just how comfortable the place felt (especially the fireplace)! definitely looking forward to returning.

Clean, comfortable and will definitely stay here again.

Chasity’s place was amazing! She was very detail oriented when it came to describing the place and helping us figure out snow plows and everything. The place is beautiful and cozy. I would love to experience this within the summer. I will be recommending this house to everyone.

Great stay here in March. The family came up to ski at Loon for weekend. Shuttle to mountain stopped right outside the door - perfect location. Condo was great - a wonderful weekend in NH. Will definitely be back.

We had an amazing time at the cabin. The sunrises were gorgeous, cooking on the grill, kayaking/paddle boarding, cozy fires, and everything we could have needed! We made such great memories and appreciated you and Matt’s hospitality so much. The cabin was great and so were you guys. We will definitely be back!

This cottage was absolutely beautiful. The surrounding area was beautiful. When you walk in and look down the hallway you’re greeted by a beautiful view of Sebago Lake and a small cove. Every morning you’re treated to the same. The space was very homey. The full kitchen was very nicely appointed. Having a laundry provided was a huge boon after we did a couple hikes in the area (highly recommend Douglas mountain!) They provide a couple basic table games and a few puzzles which are always fun. Greg made us very confident in the space and how to get in, and was a perfect example of Maine hospitality. I couldn’t recommend this cottage enough!

This cottage is a great stay with a beautiful view. As another review mentions it does sit very close to several neighboring cottages but in our week there it was pretty quiet. The pond was perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding. When we were ready to move on there was plenty to do - hiking, shopping, a great beach - all about 30 minutes away. The beds are super comfortable which is always a bonus! Definitely worth mentioning that months after booking we had a schedule change and Michael was so accommodating - he switched our Sunday -Saturday stay to a Wednesday- Tuesday stay immediately with no questions asked.

We were two couples and enjoyed our stay at the lodge. It is well organized and located in a beautiful setup on the lake. A relatively short 30 minutes drive allowed us easy access to the white Mountains attractions. Vanessa was proactive on closing the open space above the bedroom doors just before we came - so this issue as reported in some other reviews has gone away… in short - highly recommended!

The hosts are amazing! Very helpful and responsive. Unfortunately we were not there on vacation displaced from our home for 2 months. It was welcoming and once settled in felt like home, it was a little strange to leave lol - If I needed anything the host were available and willing to help. I wish this displacement was during summer months! Thank you Brad and Colleen

Thank you Bob for letting us rent your home! It was so peaceful and beautiful to sit outside looking at the lake, lots of grass for games and best of all a sandy beach area that the little kids loved! We definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back again. Denise
