L'appartamento è composto da una camera con letto matrimoniale, un bagno ed un soggiorno con angolo cucina e divano letto matrimoniale. A pochi passi sono presenti bar, vinerie, ristoranti e supermercati.

Immersa nella campagna marchigiana, la casa è situata a pochi metri dal fiume Tronto e confinante con la pista ciclabile che collega S.Benedetto.Non avendo case nelle strette vicinanze, la casa permette di godere pienamente del proprio soggiorno in assoluta libertà(anche con musica fino a tarda notte). This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
