The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. Das Rustico befindet sich ca. 200 m unterhalb der Kirche von Contra. Der PP ist unter der Kiwi-Pergola. Das Rustico ist an das MFH angebaut. Der Zugang führt durch den schönen Innenhof. Schatten spendet die Traubenpergola. Das Haus ist im rustikalen Stil erneuert worden. Es hat einen Kellerraum mit Waschmaschine und Tumbler. Die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Geräten ausgestattet. Im Wohnraum befinden sich der TV, W-Lan und Telefon. Im OG/DG sind 3 Zimmer mit Betten und das Bad untergebracht.
