Ideal place to visit Berkeley, relatively close to campus and other destinations, but quiet, clean, safe. Nice garden patio for a coffee in the am or glass of wine in the pm. Very comfortable and clean.

Amanda’s place and garden were gorgeous in the early springtime and it was the perfect place to get ready for my wedding and take our first look pictures outside. Amanda was super quick to respond and was very accommodating to my last-minute request.

This beautiful Oakland Oasis was better than I imagined it would be! This place exceeded my expectations! Coming through the gate the first night, to a path of twinkling lights leading us to our adorable cabin took my breath away! It was the perfect location for peace and quiet right in the middle of Oakland. My only regret is that I didn’t spend more time on the property. We flew in from out of state to visit friends and spent a lot of time out and about. I definitely want to come back to spend more time hanging out in the backyard with the goats and chickens. My 13-year-old loved the backyard, the trampoline and the animals. The location was very walkable and within several blocks of many restaurants and shops. We rented a car and street parking was easily accessible. Reinhardt Redwood Regional Park was only an 8 minute drive away and we spent most mornings walking through the mountains enjoying the beautiful trees and views of San Francisco. Highly recommend this listing!

Quiet, peaceful, beautiful garden, responsive host, ample street parking. Definitely worth the price. Plus there's a hot tub you can use after the end of a long day or before the start of one like how we used. MINUTES away from bars, restaurants, and shopping in Oakland. Great location. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at Laura’s place. The place was super cute and it was along a creek. We loved the eucalyptus trees and the greenery surrounding the cottage. We both enjoyed hot tub after a long day of exploring Berkeley nearby.

Polina was communicative and welcoming, and went above and beyond to accommodate our late arrival. The place itself is clean, comfortable, peaceful and quiet, and the garden and swimming pool area are really lovely. Our only regrets are not having been able to take advantage of the pool (we stayed during the off-season), or hot tub (we didn't have enough enough time). We hope to make it back sometime!

Charming garden cottage with great location. Very close to vibrant commercial district yet very quiet and peaceful. Lots of street parking and close to transportation.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Barak's and Kate's place. it was very clean and peaceful, and Barak was attentive to our needs. It was the perfect location for us!

Laura's place was just what I needed for a short respite from a few months of a lot of changes. The location was great for me and was accessible (within walking or short bus ride) to many locations- grocery store a few blocks down and the 88 takes you anywhere from downtown Oakland to Berkeley and beyond. Note-across the street is a very active group of residents that may seem unruly but are actually very amenable- but if you're not used to urban settings I'd ask Laura and Luis more about it. In terms of the space, there my favorite was the spa, which I used almost everyday, adding much needed relaxation. Laura and Luis were super responsive and very warm, which made the stay even more enjoyable. As a tiny home, it's perfect for one person or a very in-tune couple. I would def stay again and thank Laura and Luis for the comfy spot!

Eugenia’s place is in an idyllic location in the Berkeley Hills. It’s a cozy space, beautifully designed with every need anticipated. It’s clean, new and fresh. We’d return in a heartbeat and hope to do so soon.

I felt right at home in Ena's charming place. It is very clean and there are lots of supplies in case they might be needed.The new lock on the entry is easy to use. I enjoy the neighborhood where you can walk to stores and restaurants. Ena is always available to answer questions and responsive to my needs as a guest. I highly recommend this airbnb.

We stayed for just one night but everything about this Airbnb was perfect. The place was clean, well equipped and super comfortable. Everything you might need was thoughtfully provided. The location was great and getting into the apartment was a breeze. We really enjoyed our short stay and would definitely come back

This place was spotless, elegant, and very efficiently designed. Everything is brand new, including the kitchen with its glass cooktop (and cover) and bathroom (with its bidet). It was very easy getting in and there's off street parking. We appreciated the coffee and tea supplies that Melanie provided, and the bed was very comfortable. There was just enough space for the two of us and we plan to come back for longer stays, since our son lives a few blocks away. Thank you, Melanie!

It’s on chill Alameda! Everything is a quick drive, even getting to Oakland. Lots of places within walking distance, including & especially the South Shore beach. Gorgeous!

It was a pleasure staying at the tiny home! It’s tiny but mighty! The size may not be for everyone, but if you’re fine with tight spaces, this one has everything you need including almost a complete kitchen and a workspace.

Camille's cottage is such a lovely sanctuary! Tucked away in a stunning garden, the space has everything you need to truly relax and retreat. I especially loved rambling around the Berkeley neighborhood hills and taking in the Spring blossoms. Camille is incredibly thoughtful and responsive, getting back to me within an hour whenever I had a question. I will definitely return on my next stay to the East Bay!

Sarah’s accommodation was simply perfect. The cottage blended beautifully with the stunning garden. I was delighted by the garden’s professionalism and variety. The bedding was clean, and there were plenty of towels. Having a washer and dryer made traveling much more convenient, and the well-equipped kitchen made cooking easy. I would love to visit this place again on my next trip.

Clean, quiet, safe, friendly, comfortable. Will stay again when I revisit Berkely.

Nanci’s backyard apartment was perfect for my short stay in Rockridge. Great location and very peaceful!

We had a terrific stay at the Rockridge casita. Easy walk from BART, absolutely beautiful neighborhood with restaurants, shopping, public library, easy access to San Francisco. The casita was clean and bright with everything we needed for our stay. Bed was comfortable, heated bathroom floors a nice perk. This is the kind of AirBnB I like where it's not completely sterile and devoid of character. We also enjoyed getting to meet Diana, her kids and their pup Ziggy!

Loved this Casita!! Clean and very quiet. It had everything I needed for my visit to Richmond to see family. I walked to a lot of places. Will definitely check availability the next time I need local lodging.

Lovely place in a fantastic location in the Berkeley Hills. With a partial bay view, it is an easy walk to lovely locations in the Hills, such as the Rose Garden. Close by is the "gourmet ghetto", with great restaurants and shops. There is a wonderful deck that is great to sit on when the weather is good. Bonnie, the host, was immediately responsive with all communications.
