Best Airbnb stay we have had ! Catherine/Kevin were great at communicating all about the check in and they were super flexible. When we arrived they had a care package for us with cookies and wine and a frozen pizza and a bundle of turf The hot tub was as a great addition. 3 minute walk to the local pub with trad music and great food ! This place is a true gem - we are definitely going to come back !

Grace's house was a real treat! Nestled away in the trees overlooking the river made it feel so private and peaceful. The house itself was so cosy, clean and inviting but had plenty of space and different areas to relax. The grounds were amazing and the kids had a ball discovering the swings, hottub and reading shed. The whole place was magical and we were sad to leave. Grace was very responsive to any communication and made us feel so welcome. The house location was a great base for some of the stunning sights Donegal has to offer and we were very close to many beautiful sandy beaches. This house was the best airbnb we have ever stayed in! PHENOMENAL views, pictures don’t do it justice! Hot tub takes 4 hours to heat and it’s done by tending a fire in their outdoor fire pit, but if you have the time worth it! We felt like we were really were in a cottage in a forest getaway :) And the host dropped by to give us a new outdoor furniture set and he was very nice and responsive

Fabian’s stay was beautiful. Placed right in the country side with gorgeous surroundings and an easy access driveway. Hot tub was great and such a fantastic touch. Place was clean and well equipped with amenities to cook and stay entertained. Beds were comfortable and great to sleep in. Would happily return :)

I cannot fault our stay at the lakehouse it is a little piece of paradise. Peter was so helpful had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be back again!

Amazing little romantic getaway in this stunning little cottage. The decor, the views and the scenery all combined to make our 2 nights something we will never forget. We thoroughly enjoyed the record player and sound system in living room. Otis Redding record being a stand out. My boyfriend relived his teenage years for a moment when he discovered the ps2. Thoroughly miss waking up to the noises of the birds and surrounding wilderness. Cant wait to come back !

A lovely stay in Mairead and Hugh’s beautiful cottage! The house is utterly gorgeous – comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen and a lovely, cosy, rustic vibe. The interior decor is stunning with lots of thoughtful touches like the giant claw foot bathtub and the big fluffy pillows. The view from the garden is phenomenal and we spent a lovely evening in the hot tub watching the sun go down! Mairead and Hugh were the perfect hosts – helpful when we needed them but never invasive, and the homemade wheaten bread and jam that was waiting for us was a lovely welcoming touch! All in all a perfect stay and we can’t wait to come back some time.

me and the kids had an absolutely brilliant stay. lots of room, in and outside. safe and private. everything you need plus more provided. wanted for nothing. shop just 5 min drive away. the place was super cozy when we got there, felt like home from the minute we arrived. super clean and tidy hot tub was amazing, hot and ready to hop in on arrival. bbq set up for ready to go. i honestly can't say a single negative thing about this place, it was perfect. will deffiently be going back. the host was very nice and helpful. if any queries always quick to reply.

The Cosy Cottage was absolutely perfect for our base to explore Donegal. It is very close to several beautiful spots and a short drive to many others. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. Donna and her family were wonderful hosts. I would rebook this cottage in the future without hesitation. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Audrey’s lovely accommodation. We had everything we needed and it’s in a lovely village people were very friendly.

We just enjoyed a fabulous couple of days touring around the varied landscapes of coastal and mountainous Donegal and it was all possible thanks to this beautiful cottage base, where our 3 dogs were so welcome, comfortable and safe throughout. We loved everything about Kitty’s Cottage from location to home comforts to the welcoming treats and flowers. Thank you Kathleen!

Just back from a relaxing break and highly recommend this beautiful place. Noreen and Rory were lovely, down to earth people and i even got to cuddle Rory,s brother,s pet lamb! Our dogs had a blast too with a huge front garden and nearby forest walks and beaches. Will be back for sure. Thanks Noreen, Rory and Bruno their lovely sheepdog!

Folan’s Cottage ist wirklich ein Juwel. Die atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Meer den ganzen Tag ist einfach nur gigantisch. Unsere Kinder haben, trotz der kühlen Temperaturen, die Füße ins Wasser gehalten – mit leuchtenden Augen und viel Gekreische. Besonders süß fanden wir die kleinen Strandläufer-Vögel, die geschäftig am Ufer entlanghuschten. Das Haus verbindet traditionellen Charme mit modernem Komfort. Die großzügige Küche mit der Kochinsel wurde schnell zum Dreh- und Angelpunkt, wo wir gemeinsam gekocht und gelacht haben. Abends haben wir uns gemütlich am Kamin zusammengesetzt und Karten gespielt. Die Abgeschiedenheit des Ortes war genau das, was wir gesucht haben, um mal richtig abzuschalten. Ein echtes Highlight war die Begegnung mit den Connemara-Ponys, die entspannt vor dem Haus grasten – dieser Anblick bleibt uns sicher lange in Erinnerung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und hoffen, bald wiederzukommen. Ein großes Dankeschön an die Gastgeber für diese unvergessliche Zeit!

This getaway is exactly what we wanted. The cottage was extremely cozy, and was quite charming. With tons of nature around us, no screens, and good company, the stay was incredibly relaxing. We had a great time thumbing through the materials and fun history of the cottage. William was extremely accommodating and was very responsive. We will absolutely be back!

Cosy cottage, warm welcome from the host, stunning location with beautiful scenery with lots to do.

This cottage was the perfect place for a chill weekend. It was quiet, cozy, warm, and in a beautiful area. Highly highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to get some rest and get away from normal busy life. We had a great time and the nearby town Manorhamilton has some great spots for food.

What a beautiful place to call home for a few days. A real country Ireland experience. Very much like my Nan’s home as I remember it. We loved it. Loved the set-up. Loved the turf fire!!! Will come again.

Marys place is idyllic. Lovely and quiet for a good nights sleep, very comfortable bed, well equipped, lovely scones left out for guests, piping hot and high pressured shower. It was the ideal home away from home. I'll be back!

Niall and Inez were wonderful hosts. The farm was beautiful and very peaceful. We stayed for 10 days and got to enjoy all the beautiful aspects of the farm; walking trails, petting the horses and enjoying the peacefulness. The cottage was perfect! Very comfortable and felt like home. We enjoyed making a fire in the evenings and cooking breakfast in the mornings. We even made blackberry jam with blackberries from the farm and Inez’s recipe. The cottage we stayed in slept four; we had one couple and one single person and it was plenty of room. We felt very safe while staying on the farm. We utilized the laundry and that was very convenient. We rented a car to get around and enjoyed many local restaurants, coffee shops and castles. Niall was very responsive when we had questions or needed anything. When we arrived he gave us a quick tour of the farm grounds and cottage pointing out where things were. The farm is a must stay if looking for a peaceful place to stay.

L'environnement de la maison est incroyable. John est très accueillant et sympathique. Il est très agréable de pouvoir se réchauffer au coin du feu après une rando. La maison était propre et les attentions de John et Martina ont été fortement appréciées. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Lovely place, close to a Crover house where we attended a wedding. Really comfortable beds. Easy to find and easy check in. Very well equipped kitchen for cooking and just a lovely place in general.

The house was super. The beds comfy, bathrooms spotless. The fire was ready to light, a lovely loaf of bread left and an apple tart. The kitchen was lovely, with lots to of utensils to cook with. And a lovely coffee machine. A great place to stay over night (next time we will stay longer). Thank you.
