The place is perfect for a tranquil stay: the sea is a few steps away, and the sunsets are extraordinary. Jennifer was extremely helpful and responsive when we needed. Recommended for traveling with family, friends, and even couples. We will definitely go back!

Beautiful home in a great central location. A block from a great market with incredible food, a couple of blocks from Plaza Grande and everything going on there and an easy enough walk to Paseo Montejo that the 72 year old in our party with a bad knee could make it. The house itself is huge, the pictures can’t capture just how much space you actually have and the views from the multiple levels of patios are better than the expensive rooftop restaurant on Plaza Grande. Overall, if you are like I was and have looked at every Airbnb in Merida and can’t figure out what’s close to the things you want to see or if it’s big enough for your group…this is the place. I stressed for weeks on choosing a place and I’m so glad we get this one!

Une maison discrète sur la rue, magnifiquement remaniée à l’intérieur, minimaliste avec une belle déco ethnique et intimiste. On adore ! Parfait pour visiter Merida, tout en se reposant et en profitant de la belle piscine et des espaces climatisés. Merida est très étendue, une voiture est vraiment un plus. Nous étions nostalgiques de quitter ce bel endroit.

Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia en casa Toloc. La casa está muy bien equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Las instrucciones de para la llegada, todo lo relativo a la operación de la casa y finalmente para la salida son súper claras desde un inicio por lo que no fue necesario tener comunicación con el anfitrión. Definitivamente nos volveríamos a hospedar aquí.

La casa del Árbol es un alojamiento excepcional!! Está completamente equipado para tener una estancia literalmente como si estuvieras en casa, es ideal para familias con y sin niños, la casa está recién remodelada con una piscina en casa espectacular, la zona es muy céntrica y segura, Jerome es un excelente anfitrión siempre preocupado de darte las mejores recomendaciones y al pendiente de tus necesidades! DEFINITIVAMENTE RECOMIENDO AMPLIAMENTE LA CASA DEL ÁRBOL!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a truly unforgettable stay at this sustainable farm in the jungle! The host went above and beyond to make our experience special. He arranged for a ranch hand to give us a tour of the farm and even helped us pick fresh coconuts—an experience you can’t get anywhere else! The added convenience of offering drivers to help us navigate our way to the farm made everything stress-free. Though the Wi-Fi wasn’t working properly on the first night, the host was extremely responsive and sent someone to fix it right away. I appreciated his understanding when I requested they come the next day, and he made sure everything was taken care of promptly. To top it all off, we were treated to farm-fresh eggs on our first morning, which were absolutely delicious. This place offers not only a peaceful and immersive jungle experience but also exceptional hospitality. Highly recommend!

Fernanda es una súper anfitriona, nos hizo sentir en cada, siempre pendiente a cualquier detalle o duda que tuviéramos, además con los detalles que tuvo con mi esposa y conmigo, y al igual con nuestras tres peludas que nos acompañaron en el viaje. Mí Casita, es una excelente opción para hospedarse en Mérida y más si llevas mascotas, Fernanda las acepta con tanto cariño, y algo también muy importante es que se encuentra ubicado en una zona tranquila y cerca de restaurantes y centros comerciales, no había que desplazarse mucho para llegar a estos. Muchas gracias Fernanda por toda tu amabilidad y ser tan buena anfitriona, en nuestra próxima visita a Mérida sabemos que no tendremos que buscar más, Mi Casita es nuestra opción.

This is my second time staying at Debbie’s beautiful home and this time I stayed for over a month. Casa Dulce is a stunning historic home with modern art, high ceilings, a spectacular arched doorway, gorgeous pool and outdoor area, and entire private separate casita with it’s own bathroom. There is tons of room and you really feel like you are staying in one for Merida’s grand homes with lots of history. The location is perfect—walkable to nearly anywhere you want to be in Merida, including Centro, tons of restaurants, shops, the zoo and parks, grocery stores, and more. Jacky, the house manager, is always available and very helpful, and Debbie, the owner, happened to be staying next door so I had the pleasure of meeting her and visiting with her friends. I am happy to have found such a gem in Merida and will absolutely be back!

Toda la estancia en el alojamiento fue muy agradable, el lugar coincidía con las fotos y la descripción, estaba limpio, contaba con las amenidades que mencionaba. La verdad dormimos muy a gusto. El vecindario tranquilo y seguro. Y alrededor había muchos lugares para comer, además de que era un buen punto para movernos a los diferentes destinos turísticos que visitamos. Si regresara de vacaciones, sería un lugar que volvería a buscar para quedarnos. Gracias por la buena estancia.

The backyard area of this house is amazing. Our children enjoyed playing in the pool (which had different levels for sitting in the water when it was hot, but also deeper areas for my kids to dive for pool toys!), and my daughter enjoyed the swings. There was a nice lounging area to sit as well. The main bed is in in the only “shared space”/dining room, so that’s something to be aware of, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The kitchen was small and we didn’t cook there; we ate most meals at a restaurant or brought back food. Kikeil is sleepy (no real town/bars/restaurants) but as long as you are OK with that, you are a short 30 minute drive to Merida or Progreso beach. David was a great host: responsive and helpful. Thank you for hosting our family! We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

This charming apartment in Centro felt very authentic. The place has a high ceiling and original Mexican floors, which are very nice. The backyard has a hammock, perfect for siestas.

Excelente alojamiento, tal y como se describe en la pagina. fuimos mi esposa, mi hijo y yo, la pasamos excelente, siempre atentos a los mensajes. Nos dieron indicaciones para comer que estuvieron excelentes. Sin duda me volvería a alojar en esta casa
