Windham Cabin Secluded With Bonus Mini A Frame

Less than two hours and forty-five minutes from NYC, twenty minutes from Windham Mountain, & 10 minutes from Mine Kill Park. Enjoy four seasons of mountain fun in the Catskills. Wake up to a breathtaking sunrise over the mountains and absorb the serenity of our secluded property that borders wooded state land. This house is perfect for couples or a family with children, with a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom, daybed with twin mattress in the spare room, & a pullout sofa in the living room.

Yanity House

You will have access to the entire house fully furnished. Pet's are welcome just keep paws clean its a beige rug. We want everyone to be comfortable, so please let us know how and what you would like to see improved if you rent the unit. We will improve the unit as per guest suggestions. Currently we do not have cable but we do have a dvd and game system in the living room - All the bedrooms have TV's, dvd players or bring your streaming device There currently is no phone but cell service works

Alpine Ridge - Mtn. Views, Fire Pit, Pizza Oven

Alpine Ridge is set on 3 acres of land, high up on a private road. From the house, you'll see the Bearpen Mountain Range across the valley. We designed and curated our home to be a perfect escape. Though remote, we are close to town for all the essentials: 5 mins to Prattsville, 15 mins from Windham and 25 mins from Hunter. Enjoy a one bedroom apartment with a private entrance. Head up the old rear staircase around the back of a quaint 100 year old farmhouse. Stairs are a little steep. There is a kitchenette with a two burner stove, sink and under counter fridge. There is one full bath with a shower stall. In the living area there is a day bed with an extra twin mattress underneath. There is wireless internet for your use as well. It is 25 minutes to ski areas.

The cabin is good for a couple, solo adventurers, or families (with kids). We welcome pets, and they will love exploring the secluded forest and the freedom of our virtually traffic-free dead-end road. There is a spring fed pond you can swim in.
