Twin beds in the 2nd BR, 2nd full bath is off the hall. Relax on the porch or grill on the deck with firepit yard. WIFI access. Petite Maison is a three bed, two bath cottage in a safe residential neighborhood on the outskirt of old concord. We are a 10 minute drive from Charlotte Motor Speedway and a 5 minute drive to the downtown shops, cafes and galleries. You are going to love it! The cottage is furnished with an eclectic flare. Lovely artwork and a kitchen that is very user-friendly. Spices included :) This 2 BR, 1 bath cottage, makes a cozy getaway. Ideal location with Cabarrus Arena, Charlotte Motor Speedway less than 15 mins. away. Pets are more than welcome. The large yard is not fenced. High-speed wifi, no basic cable. This is a newly renovated spacious private apartment above our home’s garage with a private entrance. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and closet, a full bathroom with tub/shower, a kitchenette, and a living room. An additional twin-sized blow-up mattress is available upon request. Only smaller pets under 45 pounds are allowed with small added fee.
