La casa è un trullo primi '900, completamente ristrutturato,dotato di riscaldamento ed aria condizionata, Smart TV e WI-FI. La camera da letto è dotata di un letto matrimoniale con comodini, lampade da lettura e armadio. Nella sala,dotata di frigo,forno microonde,tostapane e macchina espresso caffè, è sistemato un divano letto; è possibile cucinare e pranzare su tavolo per 4 persone. Dalla sala si accede al bagno dotato di lavatrice,acqua calda,tutti i sanitari (WC, lavabo, bidet, doccia con cabina). All'esterno AIA attrezzata.

E' composto da un'ampia stanza da letto, di un ampio soggiorno con cucina, dal bagno e da un'ampia balconata. E' dotato di tutti i confort: cucina completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici, compreso la lavatrice, climatizzato caldo /freddo, rete wifi, TV smart:tutto elettrico. No. 11 is located in the heart of the old town of Matera, the Sassi. The breathtaking view has been featured in several films, such as James Bond, the Passion of Christ and Ben-Hur. This historical house has stunning vaulted sandstone ceilings and rooms decorated in Scandic-Italian style. A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. Bring your sneakers !

Tartaruga House

Tartaruga house is located at Marinagri resort, distant 5 minutes from Policoro and 45 minutes from Matera. It's a beautiful and spacious flat with a view on the sunset up of sea lagune and Pollino mountains. There is a luxury, well equipped kitchen inside and an additional outdoor kitchen on terrace. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and another two bedrooms on the upper mezzanine floor. You need just 10 minutes of walk to arrive to the equipped beach or to the turistic marine port.

Quercus: Appartamento con terrazza

"Quercus" è una costruzione risalente al XIX secolo, situata nel centro storico di Alberobello, all'interno della magnifica cornice dei trulli (tipiche costruzioni locali patrimonio UNESCO). L'appartamento è composto da due camere matrimoniali, ognuna con bagno privato e indipendente, un angolo cottura. Una delle due camere è dotata di un terrazza da cui ammirare i trulli del "rione monti" e "aia piccola". Quercus vi farà assaporare l'atmosfera e i sapori di una terra unica nel suo genere.
