I had a great time staying in Carla’s apartment! I stayed for two months and had minimal issues. Pros: - lots of natural sunlight - comfortable bed and chair - reliable internet - in building laundry - rooftop asado and pool - quiet street and neighbors - quick communication Opportunities for improvement: - kitchen equipment is not the best (but seems to be in line with other kitchens in Palermo)

Great & convenient place. I wouldn’t assume to do laundry or use the gym there. There is a nice gym walking distance and easy wash and fold less than 10 minutes away so you don’t need to worry about tokens.

Fantastic place, lots of natural light, amazing location, friendly airbnb staff at check in. The only thing I would say is that if you are a light sleeper the train is very loud at night so I would recommend having ear plugs.

La atención de Marcos fue siempre excelente. Tendría que calificarlo con un 10/10. Lamentablemente el departamento es bastante más pequeño de lo que parece en las fotos y no me gustó eso. Hablé en ese mismo momento con Marcos, quien se presento personalmente, y acordamos de mutuo acuerdo con ir no iba a quedarme en su alojamiento. El realizó la devolución automática por la aplicación y no estuve ahí más de 30 minutos. De todas maneras el departamento se veía limpio, ordenado, equipado y repito, la atención de Marcos fue excelente. Muchas gracias por todo.

This is a really great spot that exactly matched the photos. Perfect for a single looking to treat themselves or a couple looking for a getaway. Great walkable spot with food and coffee options abound, but Palermo Hollywood is noticeably quieter than Palermo Soho (20min walk east). Regardless, a very safe area! Rooftop deck and pool are amazing and rarely occupied - like other reviews said, the pool could use a bit of maintenance but with only 6-8 units in the building I wasn't expecting it to be pristine. The property has a team of people that helped with check-in and immediately responded to any queries. The shower's cold water stopped working and they sent a plumber right away. I asked for an extra set of towels (only had 2x for a 12 day stay) and they quickly accommodated. Overall - seamless experience as a guest and I would definitely recommend this spot.
