Clean , modern apt. Very easy to navigate with the technology. Staff very friendly and helpful. A bit noisy on street outside with traffic. Will definitely rent again with URBY, but request a courtyard side unit

Luiza's place is beautiful and comfortable. The back yard is an oasis of calm – we had breakfast there most every day, and several dinners as well. It was lovely to grill outside, and the kids enjoyed making S'mores over the fire pit. The pool is perfect for kids, and there are comfortable chairs around it to sun, read, and watch them. The house is minutes away from the adorable "downtown" of Westhampton, and close to many dining options both simple and upscale. There is grocery shopping nearby, and a produce stand just down the road. You can find books, good coffee, and boutiques in the town. We spent most days at Pike's Beach in Westhampton ( not the only option), and it is glorious. We also took a chartered fishing trip, which was both fun and provided a meal. My wife said it best, "We should have stayed two weeks."

Amber‘s Haus ist einzigartig! Super Lage direkt am Meer mit spezieller Architektur. Bei der Ankunft sehr starker Rauchgeruch (wahrscheinlich durch das offene Kamin) im Haus bei stürmischem Wetter. War am nächsten Tag wieder weg. Eher kühl im Haus mit problemlosem Ansprechen der Heizung. Der Teppichboden ist gemütlich jedoch in die Jahre gekommen und hygienisch etwas schwierig. In der Küche gab es Anzeichen von etwas nachlässiger Reinigung. Die Betten waren gut und die Schlafzimmer sauber, auch die Badezimmer waren top! Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt für 2 Nächte mit nur 5 Minuten Fahrzeit zum tollen Sandstrand. Wir würden wieder buchen!

Earl, was great to work with. We were only there for few hours. However I would recommend highly and will look to stay here again should work bring me back out that way.

My group had a wonderful stay. We felt right at home. The property was private and the house was clean. The backyard is beautiful with a great pool. Erol was responsive throughout our stay. I would stay here again!

We needed a dog-friendly ranch style to home with three bedrooms and two bedrooms close to Sayville, where we would be celebrating Thanksgiving. I was lucky enough to find this rental which was clean, comfortable and ideal for our two-night stay. Adam was attentive and easily accessible via text. I would highly recommend this lovely home.

A wonderful spot and wonderful host. Everything was cheery and thoughtfully done. I knocked off a star for the price mostly because I wasn't anticipating how expensive it is to get around by Uber in the area, and to find an accessible grocery store - otherwise necessary to have a car. Ended up ordering UberEats... my mom was at another Airbnb down the road and the difference in how we were treated as guests was astronomical. Marina did not charge me for having my little dog, there was a little firewood for us to use, fresh coffee and tea, and all the amenities! Marina was also very responsive and kind, and left a very helpful note about whether the beach is public or not. 100% recommend. In contrast, my mom felt badly treated by the host, the place was poorly kept and she felt it was way overpriced in comparison to mine (Marina's). Good thing she was able to come here during the day, and we spent most of our time here, in the yard or the short walk to the beach.
