It's an ideal base from which to explore all the pleasures of Exmoor by the sea, and your hosts are just next door if needed.

Award winning beach (Woolacombe sands) , is only a seven minute drive away. Directly from your doorstep, you set foot on a costal path which takes to Lee bay, Woolacombe. Pets will be considered.

Its whitewashed stone walls and bare timbers retain the charm of the original building and two full length windows open onto a private patio and garden and flood the apartment with sunlight. Furnished with a mixture of the modern and the vintage, the walls are hung with original artworks and these elements combine to create a unique and beautiful retreat.

In the breakfast room you will find a kettle with complementary drinks, tea, coffee, milk, biscuits,and cereal.When staying longer a few other treats will be provided. Cooking facilities are toaster, air fryer, a microwave with a bacon crisper and an egg boiler. Access to your private accommodation is via a entrance from the shared balcony.

We are ideally situation in a very quiet part of the village near the pretty church and a lovely pub . An easy 20 minute stroll takes you up the village to the beach and the South West Coastal path . We are dog friendly and there are a number of public footpaths that run past the door .
