We have stayed at this property two or three times now in the last year. I have local family within walking distance. But everybody wants to seem to gather at this house. It's so nice and spacious amenities are wonderful and it's so peaceful. But still plenty of room to have fun gamesand let the Littles run around in a safe environment. We will be back.

My family and I had an amazing Christmas at this Farmhouse. Debbie's description of the house is very accurate, check in/out was a breeze and she made herself available to answer any questions we had. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms super clean and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to cook our meals. Thanks!

The place was clean and great for family and kids to hang out. Lots of games and outside seating. Host was very friendly and helpful, ensuring to meet our needs. I would stay here again and recommend this spot to other families!

Our stay was wonderful! Jayson was an exquisite host! A great place to stay! In a very peaceful community on the outskirts of New Braunfels, but close to activities, stores and restaurants. The house was impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need! The yard was huge would be wonderful for families with young children. There was a very nice patio with a grill for outdoor cooking. It would be a great place to stay for a trip to Schlitterbahn. There was even some old school video games, very fun. USB ports located conveniently throughout the whole house. There was no searching for an outlet to charge our devices. It was very nice. The house had all the modern conveniences. It did not lack a thing. We would recommend staying there 100%. Everything was extremely clean and organized. Would definitely like to stay there again!

We had a great time. The location was perfect with a great yard for our dogs. The country atmosphere is just what we were looking for! The house is very comfortable with plenty of room. The bedrooms are a little small. But this is an older home so not surprising. We really loved having a large dining table and china cabinet for Thanksgiving Day. Felt very homey 💕

I really enjoyed the house it waa easy to find. Plus I was only minutes away from my family. For me it was perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was extremely clean and very well appointed. We spent most of our time at the fire pit and outside areas and felt at peace. Jay was super responsive to all our needs and easy to contact. We definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quick getaway.

Lovely stay at a comfy apartment full of amenities and set in a perfect location. Easy parking, washer/dryer in the apartment, tons of extra bedding and all the comforts of home..plus very responsive hosts. Highly recommended!

We highly recommend anyone visiting San Antonio and the surrounding area to stay at the Tranquility Treehouse. Our entire stay was an awesome experience. Karen and Robert were gracious hosts (they even gave us homemade cookies and local, fresh eggs), and the apartment was perfect for a long weekend stay. Bulverde is a great little town with excellent restaurants, and it is still convenient to get to downtown San Antonio. We’re so thankful we chose to stay here, and you will be, too!

Place was nice and comfortable. The deer would walk right to the back patio. Neighbors were very friendly.

We loved our stay at Kathleen’s River spot. Several cats were entertaining during our Al fresco dinners. We figured out how to stream to the TV, cooks steaks from the local HEB and the meat was yummy and were easily prepared with the provided charcoal grill. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor experiences. Everything we needed was supplied and if you needed anything HEB and restaurants were close. We were there for work, so didn’t partake in the river but local food was plentiful and service and hometown feel was exactly what we needed. Will work to come back and stay longer. Would love to have just sat, played cards and lazed a bit more!

Georgia, Eric and Dakota were wonderful hosts! Their place is beautiful, comfortable, and has so many thoughtful little touches. They met us when we arrived and provided so many helpful recommendations. Would absolutely recommend for your stay in Canyon Lake!

What a wonderful stay! Kenneth greeted us to give us a short tour - pleasant and friendly, but not intrusive. We enjoyed talking with him. The apartment was clean and lovely - not cluttered with enough decor to feel homey. We were in town for an event and did not cook like we usually would, but the kitchen was clean and was very well stocked. The bed and pillows were comfortable with soft quality sheets. The shower had no water pressure issues and was stocked with quality products, including name brand TP. The patio was lovely and we saw deer feeding on the foliage in the yard. Nice area, easy access yet quiet. Kenneth surprised us and printed out downtown info for us after we talked about our plans - he went above and beyond! I would definitely stay here again. Beautiful condo with all the amenities. Just steps away from great restaurants, shopping, and the legendary Gruene Hall. I would definitely stay here again and wish we could have stayed longer. 5 stars!

My wife and I went to the pickle festival at the fairgrounds, and this location was perfect. Could walk to the fairgrounds and downtown is a 5 minute drive. The condo was homey, clean, and perfect for our weekend getaway. Carrie was very friendly and responsive, couldn't ask for a better host. Highly recommend.

We will be returning and when we do, it's a no brainer that we will reach out to Marilyn!

Excellent location. Super close to Schlitterbahn, the river, and Gruene. The view off of the back balcony is great. The complex is quiet and has great security. The unit is cozy and has super comfortable beds. Whitney and Justin are very on top of everything and are super friendly and responsive. We will definitely try to book here again in the future!
