Welcome to your Victoria getaway! Our cozy 2-bedroom, 3-bed suite is perfect for families, friends, or visiting students. It’s steps from Royal Roads University and close to beaches, parks, shops, and restaurants. Downtown Victoria is just 20 minutes away. Please note: We live upstairs with our three boys (ages 8, 10, and 12). While the suite is soundproofed, you may occasionally hear muffled footsteps, voices, piano, or kids playing. If you need complete silence, this may not be the best fit.

Located on a quiet dead-end street, this cozy space is steps from a children’s park and close to amenities. With direct access to the E&N Rail Trail and Galloping Goose, it’s perfect for exploring Greater Victoria by bike. Evo bike share stations and nearby walking paths make getting around easy, even without a car. *Please note: the couch is NOT a pull out. If you would like to use the couch for sleeping we can provide additional bedding upon request*
