This home exceeded our expectations and was exactly as described. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans, which was perfect for us since we enjoy cooking our own meals. It was a thoughtful touch to provide trash bags, laundry detergent, and even shampoo. As a family of fishing enthusiasts, the guys had a fantastic time on the deck, catching crappie, catfish, and bass. We’re eagerly looking forward to our next visit!

This was a nice a cozy place to stay. It was well stocked. It is not a convenient place to access stores. Not a deal breaker. It was cold and the water was very poppy so we could not take advantage of the Kayaks or paddle boards. We were there for business so it was not that big a deal. Overall-very beautiful on lake view. Nice place to relax and enjoy the water view.

Great place to stay with the family. There’s video games, a pool table, kayaks, a giant dog bed, a tv in every room, and space for everyone. The dock parking was great for my husband’s boat, and the lakeside deck was beautiful to watch birds, see fish, and enjoy the weather. The first night we stayed was super windy and rainy, but the house remained quiet and warm inside. Clearlake oaks is a small town but the few restaurants and winery we were recommended were good. Definitely a place great for boating and water activity in the good weather. Elsa was also super responsive and friendly!

Jason was very responsive, provided clear instructions. This property exceeded our expectations and the private covered boat slip was incredible. Awesome patio, with bbq to grill, hot tub was well maintained. House was clean with good amount of extra blankets and pillows if needed. Hope to stay again soon!

Our stay was amazing! The home is even more beautiful than the photos. There was so much space inside and outside. Had a multitude of supplies and overall was very comfortable! Perfect place for family, friends, and furry friends! The hosts were also so kind and responsive. Will definitely be coming back!

My group had a great time. The house was spacious and clean. Back porch area had plenty of room for us to bbq and enjoy the wonderful views. The dock had a covered slip, which really helped keep my boat clean and out of the elements. We caught a few fish from the dock too which is a definite plus. Can’t wait to go back!

We stayed with our 2 children, 10 and 14, for 4 nights. It was a very nice get away. The lake was so tranquil, and we loved watching the pelicans gliding over the lake. The place was nice, clean, as described. Each room has a large LG TV that with programming. Recommend it.

Host provided great instructions for entering their property which included a couple options on how to get inside the property. Loved the fact that the flooring was hardwood which adds to the cleanliness of the property. The kitchen was nicely appointed with all the normal utensils, plates, glasses etc. The quality of items was better than many places you might rent. For example, the knifes actually can be used to cut meat! One item that stood out to us was the quality of the water in the home. We have stayed in properties at Clearlake that advises you not to drink the water coming out of the faucets. Lastly, we appreciated the communication whereby they let you know that if you have any concerns they are there to help. We did not have any problems but it was nice to know that they made the offer even though we did not have anything to complain about. We stayed for 2 nights here and we really enjoyed it. The weather was a bit cloudy and rainy when we were there but we still had a good time. The rain caused a few issues with the heater but Jason and Elaine were very prompt in getting it fixed asap. The place is very peaceful and beautiful. We felt very relaxed and comfortable. We would definitely visit again during the summer months when the weather is better.

We recently stayed at the lake house and had a great experience. The house has 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs with separate entrances. Perfect for groups of people who would like a little bit of privacy from each other. We had a great time enjoying the beautiful view of the lake and the deck was amazing for morning coffee and dinner at sunset.

Very nicely put together lake front property. Madison was very responsive and helpful during our stay.

This was our second stay. The only challenging part is having to leave. This place is secured/gated, serene, all amenities and extras you need in one space. The beautiful sunrise and sunsets right off the water- magical. Took lots of pics that we can frame ourselves. Beautiful nature setting right outside your door. This go round we really enjoyed watching the mama duck with her ducklings walking around.

Home away from home! My younger sibling, two dogs and I spent a relaxing weekend here recently. It was raining almost the whole time, only making it even better to curl up on the couch with a stack of books. If I could've gotten the fire going, it would've been even cozier! Kitchen is fully stocked - we made all our meals. The neighborhood is super green and verdant, great for the eyes (but not very walkable - no sidewalks). The backyard is not fully fenced in, so please be careful about letting your dogs off-leash. Rachel was super proactive, helpful, and welcoming in all communications. We didn't use the hot tub this time but maybe next time! (And the mattress was perfect - shocking, since my sibling prefers soft ones and I prefer firm. How did it manage to suit us both? Is this wizardry?)

The place was nice and clean and in a good area . The view off the deck was really beautiful and relaxing . There are birds , ducks , and deer early in the morning . I was able to keep my boat overnight on the dock which was a big plus for me as a fishermen . Also caught a 15lb catfish right off the dock which.

Beautiful place and beautiful views. Perfect for a getaway with a small family. I already can see us coming back here. They had fishing rods in the apartment and the dock is below the house so it’s a great activity for folks who want to enjoy the place, do a few low key activities. We had internet issues but Quincy was very prompt to help us out and get it fixed. I recommend this place for a nice getaway with family
