The Dim Light Lower Town Luxury Boutique Condos

The Dim Light’s newest property offers four individual boutique-style apartments, each featuring their own brand new kitchen, modern bathroom and stylish living areas. We are located within walking distance (or a 2 min drive) to the most popular restaurants, bars, theaters, boutiques and convention spaces in downtown Paducah. Completely refurbished and modernized, Rosie's Retreat has 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, large closet, and fireplace. There is additional sleeping space for 2 on the queen sectional/sofa bed and 1-2 more on the futon in the dressing room! Rosie's has 1 full bathroom, but an additional spacious dressing room with lots of mirrors and more. Rosie's has a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking. There is a grill, large fire pit, and plenty of comfy Adirondack chairs for hanging out!

1 bedroom with a Queen size bed and a twin rollaway bed. This space is a private apartment in the basement of my home with separate entrance. Sole access to the living room, 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, game area with foosball and ping pong tables, and kitchenette. Located on 1 acre, so it’s private, but still in town. 5 miles to downtown and 3 miles to mall area. Screened in porch and fire pit area might be shared during summer months.

We are located just a 1/4 mile from UTM's campus on 26 private acres. We love our campus here and have great relationships with many of the programs there! The Peery House at Springhill Farms

The Peery House is our family home-place, built circa 1900, transformed into a quaint Airbnb. It is located on our farm, Springhill Family Farms in Western KY and is a great place for someone looking to get away from the busyness of life, looking for rest and relaxation or just looking for a unique, little farmhouse while passing through the area.
