Had a fun weekend here with friends. The location is close enough to gas stations and other places to quickly grab whatever you might need, but still feels remote. Lots of space on the property but unfortunately due to heavy rain we couldn't use it to its full potential. Would recommend if you're looking to enjoy nature while still being close to Bloomington (about 15 minutes from campus.)

Colleen's place is clean and spacious, and Colleen is very attentive. We enjoyed our stay.

Greenwood town is a truly exceptional destination that exceeded my expectations in every way. My stay here was an absolute delight.

This place is truly a wonderful getaway spot. Plenty of room for all 7 adults and an infant. We loved the homey nature of the house and outside area! The kitchen and dining area made meal time easy and fun for all of us girls to enjoy time together. And the pool area was perfect! We loved that all of us could spend time talking and relaxing around and in the pool for a while day! Maryanne was a perfect host and answered all of our questions quickly. Sheade this weekend girls' getaway so easy!

Awesome place! The pictures were spot-on, and we were fully pleased with our stay. The owners were very accessible and proactive in their communication. They even left us snacks and coffee! Would definitely go back!

The Hidden Oasis was the perfect place for our family to stay when we visited Indiana for the Taylor Swift concert! It was close to downtown and included a beautiful drive in and out of the area. The home had all the amenities we could ask for to make the weekend special. Everything was clean, and the host paid special attention to all the details, including warm blankets to wrap around yourself while sitting on the enclosed sun porch. The pool, hot tub, and backyard are gorgeous! The home was perfect in every way and the host was always available and quick to answer our questions. Thank you so much Hidden Oasis!

After researching where to stay during our quick friends' trip to Indianapolis, we decided to find a place in Broad Ripple. We wanted to be in a good neighborhood with places to eat, drink, & shop nearby. Daniel's place was in this area, so we chose it. What a great surprise to be within 5 minutes of walking to all we were looking for! We went for BBQ & then a few pubs the first night. The next day we walked around again to shop & eat. The pictures of the house don't do it justice. Its much cuter in person. The beds were comfy. Plenty of towels. Very clean kitchen. Sizable couches to relax on & talk with friends. Nice variety of coffees to choose from (but the Keurig was kind of tricky to figure out). I'd definitely stay at Daniel's place again.

I have stayed with Kent at this property for the same weekend four years in a row, to host some visiting friends during Bloomington's spring break period. Kent has been an exceptional host each year along the way, communicating quickly what I can expect — and immediately notifying me if my party forgot anything (which we did). Kent is a total professional and I'd be glad to reserve this property for many spring breaks to come, if it's convenient for him and his other guests. Stay here. You won't be disappointed. You may even be thrilled.

We stayed here so we could attend a local conference. We brought another couple with us. Everything was nice, clean, and quiet. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water for all of us to take showers in the morning. Close to dollar general and places to eat. Everything was perfect for our stay! Thanks again!

Yaling's home was everything we hoped for and worked out great for our multigenerational group visiting for a wedding. The house was spacious and comfortable and located in a quiet location convenient to the IU campus and downtown. We were very happy with this home and would definitely use it again for a future visit.

The place was even more beautiful than the photos. We enjoyed the patio and fire put. The walkable location can’t be beat. It also had comfy beds and so many nice extras left by very accommodating and responsive hosts. We would definitely recommend staying here

Mike was an amazing host! He was super responsive at any time of the day and left the porch light on for us knowing we would be arriving late. As soon as we walked in, we could see how clean, organized, and spacious it was. It was warm and welcoming. We liked the personal touches of a basket of blankets, full length mirror, and night stand in each room. And the area around the neighborhood was so nice. A beautiful park to walk around and in town so not far from necessities if you needed something. But far enough from the bustling of city noise and for some peace and quiet at the house or park. Thank you for such a welcoming home. I would definitely need to book again next time in town!

Used Albert for multiple listing and never have been disappointed. The house was exactly how it was described. Clean and very homey. Albert is easy to reach and helpful. They have many amenities available also! They really have the AirBnB business locked in ☺️

Katie was an amazing host and super friendly!! The cute little home smelled amazing the second we walked in. Everything was very clean. It was only a couple blocks from the HiFi concert venue we went to, which was awesome!! The parking behind the house was so convenient! The only thing I would mention is the gate behind the house is a bit tricky, so you just need to be careful. It helps if you have someone get out and open and close the gate while another person parks the car. I loved the little complementary snacks and the record player!! Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again!!

Host is very responsive and communication is greatly appreciated the home was great and definitely recommend host and the home to anyone very understanding and sweet thank you for the stay❤️

Just a delightful place to stay in Indy. Close to everything on the west and south side, but with Indy’s highway system you are 20-25 minutes from everything. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen and bath, and comfortable.

Mike is who we dealt with and he was absolutely a fantastic host. The property was stunning and he gave us a tour of the barn with the chickens, helped us figure out the paddle boat on the pond and enjoyed s’mores with us! He truly made us feel like we were honored guests on his property and you can tell he adores being a host. He had easy to follow instructions for check in and check out. We went into the weekend looking forward to a “quaint and cozy” experience and we “wow”ed how much he went the extra mile to make sure we had a great experience. While the house itself was fine, it was really the surroundings and hospitality that made us sure we want to come back. Thanks Mike!!

There is only one way to describe this home. WOW! We rented the home but not the apartments in back. The location is excellent, as we were traveling back and forth to a wedding reception and church which was only 2 miles away in downtown Indianapolis. Having a bathroom in every bedroom was amazing but the décor was over the top beautiful. It was easy to host a family and everyone felt ‘special’ in every room of the home. We did not do much cooking in the kitchen so I can’t comment on that area. We used the big dining room table for games and talking. All areas were clean; lots of extra pillows, sheets, towels, and even… tubes of toothpaste. The neighbors were quite friendly. Parking looked like it would be ‘tight’ on the street but it was not. Mina was responsive and she made check-in easy; we felt welcomed! Thank you!

Wonderful little getaway! We went for the Airbnb itself, and really enjoyed the arcade, hot tub, smart TV, snack bar, popcorn machine (which has directions printed on it in case you don't know how to operate one), and spent a lot of time making fun recipes in the kitchen. There was also a well-stocked Keurig coffee bar, filled ice trays in the freezer, and plenty of cooking and baking tools. The decorations and furniture are very fun and colorful. The outdoor hot tub was fantastic! (Even though the outside temperature dropped below freezing during our stay.) The beds were very comfortable, and there were extra blankets and pillows to go around. And lots of little lamps and night lights around if you want them. There was also a lovely little vanity in the master bedroom that was a pleasant surprise. Sean was extremely responsive, and responded immediately any time we had a question about something. 11/10 would recommend, and maybe even go again!

Place was very clean! The house was very open and free of clutter, beds were comfy and linens were fresh and smelled great! Easy to get in and worked out great for my group for the weekend.. thanks for having us

We loved this beautiful home! So much space, very welcoming and had everything we needed. David was super helpful and always replied quickly. We would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area.

I am a solo full-time wheelchair user traveling with a Great Dane. It's hard to find a place that is accessible and pet-friendly. I was there for over a month during some winter weather. The host was concerned about my safety and accessibility by making sure snow and ice was clear. The place itself was clean, recently updated, and comfortable. Two nice large TVs were provided and I used the Wifi and it worked well. It is on a large grassy lot set back from the road. There was a lot of room for my dog to sniff around and get some exercise. Guests should be aware that there is a small refrigerator. I had no problem with it, but if you have a need for a large refrigerator or freezer be aware that this might be a problem for you. There is a nice big microwave and toaster, but no traditional cooktop or oven. I felt very safe here. It's pretty close to campus and there is a large parking area that is well off street. Host was great at communication and answered questions quickly.
