Excellent experience great place to stay very clean and comfortable along with great location I’ll be back.

With coming into town for a few days due a death in the family. Abby and Steve were extremely accommodating. We checked in a little late however I was kept abreast the entire time and it didn't interfere with my family time, it allowed for us to spend more time with my mother during this rough time. I truly appreciate their hospitality and kindness. I will definitely be back. Thank you.

Kimberly was very kind and responsive. Her place worked great for my work crew for the week. Would absolutely book this place again. Make sure to check out Ichetucknee springs while in the area you won’t be disappointed! Also XAPA has some of the best coffee I’ve ever had.

Had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful home and so grateful I did! It is even more serene and amazing than the photos. So many surrounding natural springs to enjoy, and such a relaxing area to destress and disconnect from everything. The hosts were very friendly and made the stay so smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

Nice getaway for a couple of days. Lots of room for the dogs and being right on the river was pretty cool. Fun to check out White Springs and Live Oak.

Can’t say enough about the peace you find at Blessed Acres. Whether you looking for an entertainment venue or just some simple R & R, you’ll find it here. The host truly goes the extra mile for her guests. I highly recommend a stay at Blessed Acres.

La casa estaba ordenada y limpia, lo que hizo nuestra estancia aún más cómoda. si es cierto que la casa tiene detalles que solucionar pero el entorno es tan espectacular, rodeado de naturaleza y con un ambiente tranquilo perfecto para relajarse que uno lo deja pasar. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra visita y sin duda volveríamos. La única mejora sería que la piscina estuviera un poco más limpia, pero en general, todo estuvo excelente. ¡Recomendado!

Colin's place was very peaceful. The house was on the outskirts of Lake City in a quiet neighborhood. My family had a great time. Will definitely stay here again if we visit the area.

This was our second stay at Manatee Ranch. It was as enjoyable as our first. Diane is super quick to respond to any questions. The property was as peaceful and well-maintained as before. Plenty of bicycles, canoes , kayaks, and floats available to use. We came with our grandkids again, and they had an amazing time. On Tuesday we had the entire river to ourselves! We relaxed and took a two hour float down the Itchetucknee and saw all kinds of water fowl, turtles and even a manatee! The camper set up is so easy, and there's plenty of room to pitch tents, as well. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and plan to come back next year! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here! We felt relaxed and right at home. Justin's place is very clean and spacious. For once when the listing said fully equipped kitchen they meant it. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal with. Stove top or oven, you are covered! There are 2 big TVs so you can relax in the living room or bedroom while watching the tube. Justin was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again without question when in the area!

The place was secluded and quiet. Not far from town but still private. It was clean and had lots of niceties. Appliances were in good workin order. Be aware that the house is really one place separated into two parts. Colleen and her dog live in the other half. You do get a fenced yard but if you’re concerned about dogs, you need to let her know before you go outside, especially if you have dogs that you’re turning loose. Overall, a good sty and I would go back there again.

We had a lovely stay here. We floated the nearby Ichetucknee spring at the state park south entrance it was absolutely beautiful and perfect weather. At the campsite, we used the grill and dock where we fished a little and we spent a lot of time on all the nearby springs as well. We didn’t use the park pass that Jerry provides but now that we are more familiar with the area we probably would if we visit again. We saw the parks on our float.. very nice neighborhood and spots to put in a kayak. This property is private and peaceful.

Another fantastic quick stay at this Airbnb in downtown High Springs! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to great restaurants, shops, and coffee spots, and only a quick drive to the beautiful natural springs. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Whether you're here for outdoor adventures or just to enjoy the charming town, this is the perfect place to stay. I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing place! Quiet and secluded from civilization. The house has a great layout and the small fenced back yard is definitely not small. Our old puppy really liked the space and freedom. I would recommend to take food provisions before arriving to the location. Grocery/drug stores are far. AMAZING AMAZING! I want to add that looking at the stars at night was incredible. Kids loved it!

We had a wonderful time! We went for our anniversary weekend and had such a good time touring the local Florida Springs that we decided to stay a few extra nights. Sharon & CH are wonderful hosts! Very friendly and hospitable. The cottage had everything and more than we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with every possible thing you could want. The cottage was cozy and looked just like the pictures. The area was quiet. A few neighbors are close by, but very quiet and peaceful. We had a great time at several local springs. Sharon & CH gave us great places to go to swim & kayak. We saw manatees as well! Linda, the caretaker of the property, came to visit us the first morning to make sure we had everything we needed. She was very friendly and helpful. She gave us good spots to check out as well. We would come again. It was all that we hoped for (peace & quiet and relaxing). Thank you Sharon & CH!
