This was a perfect getaway spot! Close enough to town but very peaceful and secluded, too. Lots of beautiful sights right out the front door and within driving distance as well. The cabin was cozy, and we loved enjoying a morning cup of coffee while listening to the creek. Highly recommend!

We booked Adam and Anne's place for Christmas 2024 to give our kids a white Christmas. Being from South Texas, I had a lot of questions (a lot). Adam always responded quickly, kindly and thoroughly. Before we arrived at the cabin, Adam and Anne took time out of their busy lives to drive out and decorate it for Christmas for us. They put up a tree, lights and other decorations. This extra touch of kindness made our holiday so much more special. The cabin was exactly as advertised; beautiful, comfortable, clean and not far from all the fun stuff. We found it so peaceful that we spent the majority of our vacation just hanging out there. You can't go wrong booking with Adam and Anne. Thanks again for a great holiday.

Our family of 5 stayed for a week in this beautiful space and were delighted with the condition of the house and all of the thoughtful touches. Possibly the best experience I’ve had through Air B&B. The house had a ton of space we used well, the host was extremely responsive and helpful, answering all of our questions about the area and giving recommendations for places to eat and things to see. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was ridiculously well stocked, with pots & pans, plastic wrap and parchment paper, sharp knives and baking trays, etc. The fireplace and hot tub kept us warm during the late spring snow we experienced! I would bring earplugs if you are a fairly light sleeper, because the train runs at all hours and blows its whistle at a road crossing nearby. The host has thoughtfully provided sound machines in all of the bedrooms, but sometimes that wasn’t enough. Overall, I’d return in a heartbeat: the views are breathtaking and the space couldn’t be nicer.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy little cabin in Idaho Springs! While the space is small, it was absolutely perfect for what we needed—just right for two people and our dog. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. One of our favorite features was the adorable creek right out front—it added such a peaceful touch, and our pup loved it too! Even though there are other cabins nearby, the space still felt quiet and private. There are fences on both sides, which helped create a nice sense of separation and made it feel like our own little retreat. The location is great—just a short drive into town, so it was easy to grab food, explore, and get anything we needed without hassle. We’d definitely stay here again!

This is the best place to go for a relaxing vacation or staycation if you’re a Colorado native. It was quiet and peaceful the entire time we were there. They gave clear instructions and everything was already set up for us when we arrived. The hosts responded right away to any questions we had and were very kind. We will definitely go back soon for another visit!

Overall loved the stay! Slightly closer to people than originally expected but still far enough away to be unbothered by other campers! Heater broke in the middle of the night and host came down regardless of the time to make sure we were comfortable and had a working heater. My dog and cat loved this place but I recommend if you have a fluffy dog to bring a brush! She had so much stuck in her hair after exploring every day. Very comfortable and relaxing stay, loved the creek!

We really enjoyed our stay here! This was our first trip to Pagosa Springs, CO and this house and property really elevated our experience! We love to fly fish so we were like kids in a candy store here. The access to town was not even 2 minutes away which was also nice. We will definitely be returning.

Very spacious place for a large group, the separate bathrooms are great, overall a great stay. Easy to get to Beavercreek through a shuttle, only issue we ran into was that the hot tubs were too full, zero space after a ski day to squeeze in there so get there early.

Great location in Avon for catching ski shuttle to Beaver Creek & just walking to dining. Unit was nicely remodeled with newer appliances, redone bathrooms & kitchen, easy access to pool & hot tub which was lovely after skiing. The exteriors of the units are a large condo complex so you can’t judge the inside from some of the outsides, as the exteriors look more dated. Lorrayne was prompt in answering messages & sending information. It was a good value in Vail Valley & would be much more expensive just 6 miles east if it was in Vail. We enjoyed our stay & the convenience & would stay here again.

Great Stay

Perfect fit for our family. The fabulous bathrooms and kitchen amenities were amazing after the day's adventures on the mountain. We all slept like logs on spacious bedding. The home was relaxing and comfortable! We enjoyed nesting indoors as much as the spectacular outdoors. Everything is well stocked so you can pack light. The kids loved the easy to access private heated pool and hot tub located right outside the building. It's lightly chlorinated and just right. Our family were the only guests using it. We felt totally at home and enjoyed the private residence without hearing any noise from neighbors. Instructions for using the pool, garage, and local free public transportation made our stay easy. We didn't need to drive anywhere after arrival. Walking paths and the lake connect to the back yard. Restaurants, shops, and mountain sports are accessible on foot or the free Avon bus line stop a short walk from the front door.. Hosts were friendly and very helpful.

Jarrod’s place was amazing! We arrived during a snowstorm and the views were beyond my expectation. Everything was as listed and we had a great stay. I would highly recommend and would love to come back one day :)

We loved our stay, it was what we expected for the price. The location was fantastic and everything we were looking for. The cabin itself is super cute (small!) but all amenities worked well and we were able to cook our meals just fine. Being able to walk out and enjoy a glass of wine by the lake was our favorite part of this location. Truly RUSTIC so come prepared - we brought portable battery's for charging phones if need be (we didn't end up needing them) and our own pillows (we usually do that, we are picky). There's a review here that mentions it was dark inside/lack of lighting, but they must've updated since then because we found there was plenty of lamps and lighting.

A great apartment in a stunning location with lake views. Location is also protected from any wind off the lake, and balcony drenched in sun.

We had a terrific week staying at Dawn and Jacob's place while we were in town for a ski trip. We loved staying at their place; it was the perfect size for the six of us. We took afternoon walks to downtown Frisco, which was incredibly convenient. The place is three stories with two bedrooms on the first floor, kitchen/living room, and then the master bedroom on the top floor. It's clear this place isn't rented that often since the rooms have a personal touch. Dawn was super responsive and proactively offered us early check-in even though we didn't need it. She also provided a multitude of local recommendations to check out, which was appreciated! When a closet door was broken, she sent a handyman to repair it immediately and left a gift for us for the inconvenience as well! We really enjoyed our stay here and appreciated Dawn's hospitality, and would love to stay again!

This place is an idyll! It felt very private despite being relatively close to other cabins. It is managed thoughtfully and all the details are just right - everything is right where you would reach for it and the perks - like a 1.5 hour log - are great. I snuggled under the blanket and watched the stars and had a beautiful time. The road was not at all noisy (a few cars here and there); it felt like I was alone in the mountains.
