Welcoming & cozy from the first step in the door. Comfortable beds, good shower spray, plenty of refrigerator space. We thought it was a super thoughtfully laid out place…everything you put together for us & other guests. If you children, there is a pack n play, a high chair, toys and books. There are a few games and movies. Roku tv

Tracy communicated well even before I booked, so that I could ensure I was booking in the right area. My directions for check-in were sent promptly. Check in was easy after a long flight with multiple delays. The place was clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay again.

The host was quick to respond and was very helpful through the process of my stay. Very understanding even when I left before I saw the check out instructions. Would stay here again! Lovely space

We all enjoyed our stay here so much. Less than 15 minutes to several places including Manitou Springs and the Cog Railway that took us to the top of Pikes Peak. Easy access to I-25. All the bedrooms were comfortable and neighborhood was quiet and we all slept well. The appliances were good quality and we even enjoyed the gas BBQ outside! Austin was a gracious host! I highly recommend this place as it was also an excellent value for our family.

This place is amazing. It’s like being home. The beds are super comfortable. I loved that the grocery store (Safeway) (Like Albertsons, Tom thumb if you come from Texas lol) is only 4 minutes away. It is close to highway, and like 30 minutes away from many main attractions. We really liked the place.

We loved our stay! The condo is so cute, and super efficiently laid out and organized. We had a girls’ trip to Co Springs to visit Pike’s Peak Cog Railway, Garden of the Gods, and Old Colorado City. It was perfectly located for all 3. It was safe, clean, and just great! Thank you, Zoey!

Really enjoyed our stay at Shelly's place. It had everything we needed and was cozy. Didn't feel like we lacked anything and it was cozy. Appreciate that it was so clean and close to local restraunts and a grocery store down the street. I would recommend for anyone wanting to be close to the "city of Powers" but not exactly in the high traffic area.

Wow, this place was perfect! Seriously, if you're visiting Colorado Springs, you’ve gotta stay here. The location is awesome; right in downtown, so you can walk to great restaurants, shops, and all the fun stuff. Super convenient. The condo itself? So cute. I loved the Southwestern vibe! It felt warm and cozy the second I walked in. And the deck? Don’t even get me started. Sitting by the fire pit at night, looking at the stars with a drink in hand; it was honestly the best way to end the day. Zoey was amazing too. Super friendly, quick to respond, and she made sure everything was smooth from start to finish. If you’re thinking about booking, just do it. I’d come back here in a heartbeat!

Philip was a great host, he responded quickly and everything was as described. The unit was very homey. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessary things to cook including seasonings which was nice. We loved that it was pet friendly and had a mostly fenced in area where our dogs could run around. Completely out of his control were the upstairs neighbors. They were very noticeable, you can hear just about any move they make up there and unfortunately ours were coming home at 2am and being rowdy. So be aware of this if you have noise reactive animals! Overall I would stay here again, with or without my pups. 🐶

Very easy and welcoming place. Everything from the discription, instructions, the layout, easy of getting in/out - it was great! The place was clean, well decorated, organized and felt like home. This was a great stay and I would rent it again.

Airbnb was as advertised with a very spacious feel and hosts were kind and very prompt with responses! Check out instructions were provided with ample time before check out and were very straight forward and hosts readily answered any questions. All in all Kristin and Liseth were excellent hosts and the Airbnb made for a very pleasant stay!

Beautiful place. Bathrooms were well kept and clean. Amenities were awesome and the fireplace was the perfect touch. Worth every penny. Interaction was professional and very polite. My new place to stay when I visit the Springs.

My wife and I have stayed at many Airbnbs, but this was definitely one of the nicest. Mary and Tim are fantastic hosts, the space has everything you could need and then some, and the view is incredible. We stayed for over two months and would gladly come back. A great spot, and a great base for exploring Colorado Springs and surrounds.
