"THE PENTHOUSE" at Lake Powell is a unique Modern Industrial Loft with a farmhouse twist. It is located right in the middle of Page, only an 8 min walk from the best places to eat, drink, or grab a specialty coffee drink in the morning. The character of the steel beams and exposed utilities are proof you're in a commercial building and not a cookie cutter hotel. All the local touristy activities are just a stones throw away. Multiple National Parks are drivable. Get out, explore, and have fun!

You will have a birds eye view of the Verde Valley and the Red Rocks of Sedona. Enjoy a peaceful stay on the top floor of this historical building filled with natural light and amazing views. Witness the beauty of the valley lights and stars at night or enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck at sunrise. Note: there is up to 90 stairs to the top of the building where the Loft is. Jerome is a short walk down the hill, where you can experience unique shops, restaurants, galleries and wine tastings.

Downtown/Campus Bohemian LoftStudio

This efficient bungalow is unique, quaint & well furnished. It is 2 blocks from NAU, urban trail, & a 10 min walk from downtown. The outside is fully fenced & shaded with several big trees (please see House Rules). Very inviting, relaxing, & outdoor vibe. We have 2 friendly adopted doodle dogs & we allowed guests to bring friendly dogs for a fee ($20 a dog per night). For your best experience, please read full descriptions before booking. The Birds Nest is a 2 story loft.

The Bird's nest has a unique spiral staircase with decks on the front and back. Front room has a twin bed and a trundle bed. The living room and kitchen bar area is very open and full of light. The living room has a 55" flatscreen with a large sectional sofa. All new appliances, dishwasher, with every kitchen need you might have. Bathroom has full shower/tub and lots of storage area. Bedroom has queen bed and lots of dresser storage area. 32" flatscreen TV. A beautiful walk out 2 story deck.

Located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in downtown Phoenix. This one of a kind loft was originally built in 1924 as apartments and later converted to condos. The loft has been featured in numerous commercials, publications, and home tours. Walking distance to everything downtown has to offer: dinning, entertainment, and shopping. 3 min walk to the train, 7 min drive to the airport, and 15-20 min to Scottsdale/Tempe. ⚠️ WARNING!
