The place was exactly as pictured—clean and without any surprises. Check-in was easy, even after dark, and Andy provided clear and helpful instructions. It's about a 20-minute drive to Sedona. A great spot for 2–3 people visiting the park.

I first heard of this place through a show and wanted to do something nice for my spouse and our first anniversary so I called Leonora and she booked me for horseback riding. She then gave me the phone number to Sandi and Sandi was so nice that she helped me book my first air bnb. Leonora also gave me the phone number to Yuri and Yuri helped me set up an amazing dinner for my spouse and I. The day of, check in was a breeze and Leonora set us up with Bones and Sean who were spectacular horse guides. It was my first time in a long time back on a horse. I felt completely safe. I then got to finally meet Sandi who was so sweet and kind and helped my spouse and I set up a fire. Every one of the staff is correct, you can see so many stars, which was breathtaking. We will be back again this year for relaxation.

We loved staying in Joshua’s fifth wheel so much, we came back for seconds! The location is tranquil and feels like a remote nature preserve yet is still walkable to all the charms and conveniences in Old Town Cottonwood. Not to mention the host! Affable and worldly - he was fun to chat with! We hope to come again soon for round three!

This was our fifth time staying at Patty’s place! If you’re looking for an out of the way, peaceful and unique experience Running Rabbit Acres is the place. Patty has so many recommendations for hiking, restaurants and places to explore in Tucson. The sunsets are amazing right outside your airstream! And Patty is just so much fun and very respectful of your privacy. I have come to consider her a friend after staying there over the years. You will not be disappointed!

Great rental company and very communicative. As a first time RV renter, I had no idea what I was doing but they were very patient with me while explaining all the hookups and such. My RV did not survive the trip to the speedway, and the bumpy dirt roads caused the septic pipe to jostle. It leaked and we had to get it emergency pumped by event staff on the first full day. Because EDC blows, they wouldn’t let the RV repair man LV Rentals would have sent onto the premises to fix it. So we went all weekend hiking to the portapotties. Unfortunately the wind was terrible as well and caused a myriad of issues, none of which was LV Rentals fault. Long story short, I will be RVing again, but never in Vegas (weather is awful for it) and never EDC (they’re too strict if you need help). If LV Rentals had locations elsewhere I would definitely rent from them again, they are awesome!

Loved everything about our stay here! Nice little 2 bed room apartment arranged inside RV trailer. Squeaky clean and spotless furniture. Heater worked well. Kitchen had all the equipments one would need. There was a private firepit and a barbecue station as well. we enjoyed our stay here.

Had a great stay at Rio Rancho Verde! Carmela greeted us on arrival to the new RV which is near the edge of the ranch close to the friendly horses that are always ready for a visit. Morning coffee on the patio is very peaceful and evening sunset walks on the nearby trails are breathtaking. Gracie the ranch pup will stop by often to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Will definitely be back year to thaw out from the Midwest winter!

Close to everything Pine! Coming from the Arizona trail this was a great place to rest, close to laundry and resupply. Peggy was very accommodating!

This is our first RV experience and we had a great stay at this place. It’s accessible to nearby restaurants and groceries. We loved the place - heater and AC were working well. Not to mention the bedroom, the kitchen and the living room, the bathroom - it was comfy and complete with what we needed. The host is very responsive with our inquiries as well. Definitely a great place to stay - to relax and experience RV life. Thank you! 😊

While we did not stay in the #10 camper due to an unexpected last-minute repair being done, this host took care of us and accommodated us in another larger cabin, which was a wonderful experience. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Exactly what the description says. It felt like I stepped into my childhood.

We simply adored staying at the Sombrero Peak Mini Ranch with Lynn and Cathy as our host. From the Emu's, pigs (Hi Lizzy) and their dog Coco which made quick best friends with our dog. To the beautiful scenery and access to the National Park within walking. The RV was perfect for us, with plenty of privacy. Within a short drive there are all the modern amenities one would expect. We look forward to staying here again.

I’d like to say thank you to the host and his wife. They were excellent on communication and the price for what you get is awesome. We truly appreciate them for the awesome communication and sympathy for our situation. We would love to stay there again when we visit family again!

Vanessa and Raymond were wonderful hosts. The tiny trailer was a slice of peace in a moment of great need. There are some tricks to utilizing the trailer in comfort. Both hosts were extremely kind, helpful and responsive. The trailer was clean and a good place to rest and relax.

AWESOME! This is a gem in the desert. Chose this location to enjoy a meteor shower in complete solidude. Altho the meteor shower was a bust, you can bet on this place. Hosts went out of their way to stay in touch and make sure every want and need was met. Book it!

Everything went well. No issues. I texted the Host and he let us walk around farm even after checkout time which was super nice.

We had a lovely stay! Celeste kindly welcomed us in person and showed us around. The space was cozy, quiet, and welcoming. Nice backyard outside. Loved the shower. Awesome spot!!

Loved the teepee, and the area was very quiet and peaceful! There was little to no light pollution, so the stars out there were gorgeous. I loved having the ability to light a fire in the teepee for the crisp nights, and the proximity to downtown Cottonwood was amazing. There was plenty to see and do in the area, and it was a fantastic place to stay if you're looking to not pay an arm and a leg inside the Sedona area. Vicky was so responsive at all hours and extremely kind. So grateful we found this nugget of gold!

Loved the trailer, neighborhood, and cozy setting. Airstream was VERY comfortable and very clean. Loved the patio and gas fireplace, made having a fire in the evening easy, no wood to deal with. Neighborhood was VERY quiet and peaceful, felt VERY safe. Definitely would stay here again.

The hosts are friendly, accommodating and helpful. The resort is conveniently located to the area. Great place to stay!
