Tuvimos una reunión familiar con cuatro generaciones en la casa. Hubo niños de 1, 3 y 6 años, sus papás y abuelos. La casa es hermosa y cómoda. Preparamos nuestros desayunos en la casa y pedimos comida de restaurantes para comer en la casa. Caminamos a Granja las Americas con los niños. Y fuimos a Chapultepec en Ubers. Disfrutamos mucho la casa. María Roxana siempre respondió pronto a preguntas. Agradecemos su hospitalidad.

What a great place to stay right by beautiful Coyocan! The gym and pool were great and the apartment is really more like a condo - tons of space! I would definitely stay again.

Justo como en las fotografías. Los cuartos muy espaciosos y las camas muy cómodas. La alberca con caldera está muy bien. La casa es espaciosa y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. También muy amables y atentos para hacer el check-in y resolver dudas de la casa en general. Todo excelente.

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable en la casa de Myriam este fin de semana. Fuimos en familia y todos quedamos muy satisfechos. Desde el principio, tanto Myriam como su esposo fueron muy amables y atentos con nosotros. Estábamos buscando una casa en Coyoacán que estuviera cerca del centro, en una zona segura y con estacionamiento dentro de la propiedad. Esta casa cumplió con todo eso: está ubicada en una privada con acceso por control remoto, lo que nos dio mucha tranquilidad, y contaba con un cajón de estacionamiento muy seguro. La casa es muy acogedora, las habitaciones son amplias, todo estaba limpio y había agua caliente sin problemas. En general, nos sentimos como en casa. Sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos con Myriam. ¡Altamente recomendable!

We stayed at Santiago’s place for my husband’s birthday with friends & family & had a wonderful time. The home was immaculately clean with so many special touches & beautiful decor. We would love to return next time we come to CDMX.

La mejor experiencia que hemos tenido mi familia y yo de airb n b , Héctor todo el Tiempo se mostró super amable y atento , Samuel el guardia super buena persona y siempre al tanto de lo que necesitáramos y pendiente , la casa está hermosa y es poco , cada esquina de la casa está súper bonita , se siente mucha paz , nos sentimos como en casa desde el principio , todo súper limpio , amplio , agusto , hermoso decorado , con todas las facilidades y hermosas vistas . El alojamiento de Javier es bastante conveniente si viajas con un grupo familiar y quieres estar relativamente cerca del mercado de Coyoacán. Javier equipo la casa con insumos basicos como suficiente papel higiénico, jabones, shampoo, algunos ingredientes como sal, azúcar, café. El balance precio beneficio es muy bueno

Our group of nine women had an amazing stay here. This home is incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated. We particularly loved our evenings spent in the interior courtyard patio, and it was a great location from which to explore the city. Enrique was very responsive and flexible, even letting us check in a bit early and out a bit late. Lilia was also a great help in keeping things tidy.

Quedamos encantados con la casa súper cómoda, Súper ubicación, Único detalle no tiene ventiladores la casa es fresca pero para personas calurosas si haría falta ventiladores!

Me comentaron que tuviéramos cuidado con la zona pero nuestra experiencia fue positiva; muy tranquilo y familiar alrededor. Coincide con la descripción ☺️ Cuenta con negocios cerca y un mercadito el fin de semana por si buscas probar algo más local.

Martín's house is a beautiful, peaceful space. We were two families traveling together with young kids, and they enjoyed playing in the backyard and the upstairs TV room. It was warm when we visited CDMX and two of the upstairs bedrooms had minisplit A/C units, which was great. Martín was super responsive, even stopping by to drop off some extra towels when we needed them. The location was nice, a short 10-15 minute walk to La Comer for groceries, a 10 minute car ride to an area with many restaurants, and 20-30 minutes to Chapultepec/Condesa/Centro historico depending on traffic. Thanks for the great stay!

The house was perfect for our group of 5. Amazing location - beautiful neighborhood, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We definitely appreciated the extra security of the gate and guard. Dani & Gerry were very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this house!

Wonderful, walkable location, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Sometimes Uber got confused with location, so we found that navigating to nearby Taqueria Don Frank worked well. The house was beautifully furnished, with lots of windows, art, very comfy beds, plenty of extra towels and linens and pillows, and a kitchen with everything we needed, including a nifty water filter pot! The security gates made us feel very safe, and the rooftop and kitchen patios were great for getting some air and viewing the city. Santiago was wonderful with communication, and gave us some wonderful tips for restaurants and things to do as well. Overall, a delightful experience!
