Kontaktloses Check-In lief reibungslos durch gute Anweisungen. Design auch muss man zugeben sehr kreativ vor allem mit der eleganten & dezenten Deko. Ein Wohles Gefühl war mir wichtig und den habe ich hier auch bekommen. Zwar befindet sich eine Baustelle direkt im Ausblick, auch ein Riesen Projekt aber tatsächlich war das kein großes Problem vom Lärm her da ab ca. 4-5 dort nicht mehr gearbeitet wird, vielleicht aber ein Problem für lang Schläfer. Anfangs dachte ich mir das kann jetzt nicht wahrsein aber es war dann doch halb so wild. Sauberkeit war aufjedenfall gegeben da kann man nix großes sagen. Hatte lange rum geguckt nach Airbnbs in Mailand und kann mit gutem Gewissen sagen das die Übernachtung sich hier gelohnt hat und ich es so wieder machen würde. Es hat alles funktioniert und man hatte alles was man gebraucht hat.

Salvatore의 아파트는 여유있는 공간과 현대적으로 잘 갖추어진 주방과 욕실이 있었습니다. 무선인터넷이 아주 빠른편이었으며 작은 야외테라스공간도 아주 좋았습니다. 침구는 깨끗하고 부드러운 호텔 침구 같아서 가족 모두 숙면을 취할수 있었습니다. 체크인후 자잘한 필요사항들 (전구 하나가 불량이었고 쓰레기 봉투가 없었는데). 매우 신속하게 대응해주셨습니다. 밀라노에서 아주 편안하고 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다.

Mi estadía en Milán fue increíble, el alojamiento de Ariane es espectacular, tal cual las fotos, muy cerca del metro y la zona es tranquila. Hay supermercado y restaurante cerca! Sin dudas me volvería a alojar ahí en otro viaje por Milán! También destacar la flexibilidad de Ariane, llegamos muy temprano a Milán y se encargó de que el departamento lo limpien rápido para poder ingresar antes del horario del check in!

We were very satisfied with the place. It was clean and tidy. Host was very helpful and if we had any questions he replied very fast. We needed a stay close to the station, so we can be very flexible and the place is perfect for that

L'appartamento -come tutto l'edificio- é nuovo, molto pulito e ben arredato. Wi-fi, elettrodomestici, etc sono di qualitá e funzionano bene. Ci sono poi due balconi con tavolini per sedersi. Per chi viaggia con una macchina, gli anfitrioni mettono a disposizione un garage: per me é stato utilissimo. La comunicazione é fluida e le istruzioni di accesso chiare. Ci ritornerei, e lo raccomando.

This apartment has a great location with views of lake Como. It is within walking distance to the lake, restaurants, cafes, and the old city center. I fully recommend it.

Mariarosa was simply the best. She was ultra-responsive and have the most wonderful recommendations for local stores, restaurants and attractions. Before we even arrived, detailed instructions were sent to us to ensure we knew how to get in and out of the gated property. Upon arrival we were greeted by the MOST wonderful woman. Her English was great which made communicating easy. We used her recommendations every day and were never lead astray. I wanted to do something special for my girlfriend’s birthday and she even introduced us to a private chef who came over to house and prepared a 4 course meal. Marco is the ultimate host. To say he went above and beyond would be an understatement. The apartement has been tastefully renovated and is very spacious! Marco not only handled every request we had he did all with cordial and prompt action. The only downside is the area. Although it is close to a metro it is not an area where you can find a restaurant or walk around in. It is necessary to take the metro to other stops to find restaurants. Although they are only 2 to 3 stops away it is an inconvenience. In all-the property is a hidden jewel in a questionable location!

Esperienza positiva, l’alloggio in posizione centrale permette di raggiungere le attività al centro di Crema comodamente a piedi. Comodo il posto auto all’interno del cortile. Casa comoda e sufficientemente accessoriata. Si consiglia pienamente di usufruirne.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Gastfreundlichkeit war ebenafalls sehr zuvorkommend. Die Eigentümer waren bei Fragen hilfreich. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geeignet für eine grosse Gruppe und ist auch dafür ausgestattet.

This place is amazing. It’s on a street which is close to Chinatown meaning lots of great food in the area and easy metro access! This unit is exactly as shown in pictures and plus points are a nice balcony, and in unit washer and dryer. Everything was extremely clean, and host was very responsive and helpful! I would come back no problem :)

Alojamiento super acogedor cerca de la estación central de Milano. Nosotros nos quedamos solo una noche pero el apartamento estaba muy bien. Ofrecen agua y una botella de vino de bienvenida. Es todo un detalle. El apartamento corresponde con las fotos.

Appartement au calme très bien placé dans un quartier agréable et avec de nombreux commerces Le centre ville est accessible à 15 min en tramway et la gare de Milan aussi pour les transferts vers l’aéroport ou pour aller au lac de Côme

Marisa et Antonello sont des hôtes charmants et attentionnés. La communication avec eux a été très facile et surtout ils ont été très réactifs lorsque nous avons eu un problème avec notre voiture de location. Encore un grand merci à vous. L'appartement mérite ses 5 étoiles sans problème. Très propre et rien ne manque. Résidence calme et stationnement sans problème dans la rue. L'emplacement est idéalement situé pour visiter Milan et la région des lacs. Nous reviendrons si l'occasion se présente.

We had a great family stay in Casa Gemma Milan! The apartment was in a quiet, safe area with excellent public transport, shops and restaurants nearby. It was super easy to explore the city from here. The apartment was tastefully decorated and well-equipped for a short or long stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. We'd happily stay again or recommend to others!

Disfrutamos mucho la estadía. Massimo nos recibió muy atenta y amablemente. El apartamento es perfecto, cómodo y de fácil acceso. Está ubicado en un 4° piso al que se llega por ascensor. La zona es inmejorable, rodeada de bares, restaurantes y supermercados. Se llega al Duomo caminando en 15 minutos, pero también se puede tomar el tram con parada a pocos metros de la entrada del edificio. Si llegas desde Linate, la linea M4 te deja en la estación Tricolore, a menos de 300 metros. Super recomendable.
