Take in the historic downtown McKinney while staying in our comfortable 1920s bungalow backhouse. We just redid the entire space, which includes a spacious kitchen/dining area, a bedroom with a queen bed, a sitting room, and a fully updated bathroom. We're just about a 10 minute walk from the square (6/10 mile) and right in the middle of the beautiful, old homes of McKinney.

Sparrow Nest (2 bedroom cottage)

Sparrow Nest is a fully appointed 2 bedroom house just off Hwy 121 on hwy 78. your views include forest in the back, flowerbeds and sunny fields in the front. The home contains a fully stocked kitchen, full size washer/dryer, 2 large bedrooms (queen and full beds) and a cozy living room. A tower outside the house ensures good WIFI for work or to enjoy movies!
